As you know, President Trump kept one of his biggest promises: he pardoned all the January 6th political prisoners on day one. That’s the good news. The bad news is that reports suggest that some of these prisoners still haven’t been released, despite the fact that a presidential pardon is absolute and immediate.(snip)Now, more rumors are swirling. This time, we’re hearing unconfirmed reports that DC jail guards—suspected of abusing and beating January 6th prisoners—are in full-blown panic mode. According to the rumors, these terrified guards are worried their actions against J6 American citizens will come to light and force them to face justice.

Sometimes it feels like we are dealing with a Nazi regime. I pray for Trump to be safe.

They should panic, and they should face justice. When they do, they should seek retribution from the ones who've gotten off scott free. They tricked them into believing they'd never suffer from their evil actions.

And here they thought their sadism was sanctioned and politically correct.
Now their chickens have come home to roost, may their payback redefine a female dog.

Sounds like the prison guards want a deal. They will get one - life in the joint with no chance of parole.

This is simple. Anyone subjected to cruel or unusual punishment should now bring charges against their tormentors. Discovery will be very revealing.

The prisoners should immediately file charges against the jailers, and get them fired and convicted of crimes.

If true, then there should be a whole lot of 14th Amendment arrests of the perps. Lawsuits should be filed. Their qualified immunity scattered to hell. They can be guarded by other guards in Leavenworth.

It would be the least that could happen to them, but I hope the J6'ers file a class-action lawsuit against the entire group who persecuted them which would include the attorneys, their staff, court staff, judges, etc...
They're all part of the problem of essentially wanting to "throw away the key" on anyone, regardless of how small or slight their charges (give me a break, illegal parading?).
It's a whole new DOJ now folks with access to all of the material.
Remember, no one is above the law comments?

We need a Nuremburg type trial of everyone involved in the persecution of these American citizens, from the top politicians to the lowest guard. And as at Nuremburg, "just following orders" is not aa defense.

I personally feel many of the political prisoners are at serious risk. Trump should send a contingent of National guard to each location and confirm their health, release and medical condition. They should have State Police on hand to take into custody guards that have exceeded their authority - including wardens who did the same.

I’m worried they WON’T face consequences for their actions. Prison sentences at a minimum.

G. Gordon Liddy used to say the prison guards were lower and more vile than the prisoners they were guarding. Sounds like he may have been right.

Will the jailors sing about who gave them the directives to mistreat the J6 people?
The J6 people need to be interviewed and received PTSD therapy.
Some of the J6 people might be good hires for building the wall.
Some might want to be new prison guards......when the jailers go to prison.
Will the jailers get a SWAT warrant wake-up call at 5AM?

Please, don't get Congress involved in investigating J6 prisoner abuse. They'll spend a year babbling and accomplish nothing. Bondi's DOJ needs to get on this. She is the person who can issue indictments.

I can only hope and pray they get their just desserts from their unlawful acts against those persecuted J6'ers...they all need to spend some time on the other side of the bars...a long some time...and put the one that shot Ashli Babbet in with them...

I wonder how many were or are still in prison waiting for their speedy trial.
Guyton, 82 M.J. 146 (in accordance with the Sixth Amendment, in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial; although pretrial delay is often both inevitable and wholly justifiable, the right to a speedy trial is as fundamental as any of th...

They should be afraid. Both in this life and the next.
Knowing Trump, they will not escape justice in this life.
Be prepared for their claims that the shackled, starved, and weakened prisoners were a constant threat to the guards.
