Literally minutes before he leaves office, Joe Biden just issued blanket pardons for his closest family. Having previously pardoned Hunter Biden, the departing executive just pardoned his brothers, James and Frank, along with his sister Valerie, and their spouses.
The Biden family crime syndicate, those who engaged in the benefit of Joe Biden selling the influence of his office for financial gain, are attempting to preemptively pardon themselves from any investigation or prosecution of their criminal conduct.(snip)Recent legal debate has surrounded the issue of a prosecutor who may bring an indictment against a person after they have been issued a pardon.

Find out where all those offshore accounts are and seize them. Does anyone still believe that the Biden family has not engaged in criminal conduct?

This gang of crooks must have lots of trusted lieutenants to execute the corrupt deals. Drag 'em all into court, then get the Bidens on state tax evasion.

A special prosecutor and grand jury to take testimony and see how far this goes even with the pardons. They can't claim 5th Amendment now. Maybe recovery of monies and other non-pardoned indictments.

I wonder how can someone be pardoned for something they haven’t been accused or found guilty for? Confirms they are all crooks.

The Republicans should find a way to go to the Federal Courts to knock out blanket or preemptive presidential pardons.

Somebody with standing needs to sue them for every penny. Liberty and justice for all.
Their lefty supporters should be upset since they didn't get pre-pardoned for crimes they WILL commit. Pardons for me but not for thee. It's what you get.

Of course, none of the pardons are for any nefarious conduct. They're strictly a courtesy in case something comes up in the future.

We CAN BOYCOTT any pardoned party … do NO BUSINESS with most of them. Many are CROOKS and LIARS. Treat them accordingly. And REMEMBER who ELECTED the recent Traitor-in-Chief.

The Ford pardon of Richard Nixon was also presumptive pardon. It was never tested on court, but if I were one of the Deep State crooks and coup plotters, I'd sure use that as precedent.

Anyone who has been pardoned has lost his 5th amendment right to not testify on the basis of self incrimination. Joe Biden did not pardon himself so all those people he pardoned can be called to testify against him with no place to protect Uncle Joe and when they testify they can't even protect themselves. All that needs to be done is to charge someone in this chain to force the pardoned criminals to testify and they will have to, in the minimum, spill the dirt on themselves and anyone else involved. Just need to choose someone to go after, I nominate Uncle Joe.

Brothers James and Frank are criminals, need protecting, and probably passed on Biden bribe money to the rest of the criminal family.

Isn't the Presidential Pardon for any Federal crimes but does not cover any potential State crimes? Some smart state Attorney General might be able to find a Biden Crime Family crime that occurred in their state or potential tax-evasion case that occurred in their state. Same goes for all of the crimes that Hunter committed. Perhaps he missed paying income tax in New York on the sales of his paintings at the NY gallery. Maybe he missed a deadline or child support condition in Alabama for his daughter Navy (wasn't Hunter supposed to get a job?).

Why is 2014 significant? Because that's when VP Biden and Hunter (and more?) began their involvement with Burisma Holdings Ltd. business issues in, peaceful at the time, Ukraine. International Crimes will be dealt with outside the U.S.A.
