Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that the Trump administration’s proposed deportations would be “an absolute gut punch” to the U.S. economy. Partial transcript as follows: [snip]
KAINE: Well, I don’t exactly know how the administration is going to do it. But let me tell you, I’m hearing significant concerns from many sectors in the Virginia economy, agriculture, hospitality, health care, construction, that massive deportation rates would be an absolute gut punch to the Virginia and American economy

What does President Trump’s enforcement crews locating, arresting, and deporting criminal illegal aliens who are unlawfully in the USA, in accordance with the US Immigration laws that were passed by Congress, have to do with the US economy?

Biden gut punched me so many times I feel this is one that I can stand easily.
The hospitals, the schools, even the democrat cities will be much better off financially getting rid of the illegals than supporting them.

On the plus side, Sen. Kaine will have no problem obtaining luxury hotel accommodations in NYC on those future occasions of visits to the city with his "nephews"... as Dan Bongino recently related to us was a common practice on the 2016 campaign trail...

All Democrats are mentally insane. Who else would they choose to be a Senator than the mentally insane Kaine? Adam Schiff. Have you ever seen bug eyes look out of the corner of his eyes. Its an awful sight.

Quick test: Has Kaine EVER been right about anything before? I'll wait while people search for this non-existent accurate prediction.
Kaine is a jerk and he's actually not very bright, either. Ignore his stupid pronouncements.

Speaking of being "gut punched," imagine being an American worker struggling to put food on the table, pay your rent, heat your home, clothe your kids and pay for their medical needs, while Biden's illegal aliens get to run free with no need to pay for anything because your taxes are covering THEIR needs.
No matter how many times Dems claim we need illegal aliens "for our own good" that claim remains a lie. Transferring wealth away from citizens who earned it puts money in the pockets of people with no right to be here. And Democrats want to keep it that way, because in reality, imported poverty is good for THEM.

If your company can't survive without third world slave labor then your company -should- go out of business.
All you're doing to pushing your true law or costs on to everyone else through social welfare programs for illegals.
Please, go out of business.

How about Congress determine what the US immigration needs are, then have a process to vet incoming immigrants that will fill those needs, are not criminals or threats to our way of life, and will assimilate to America.

I was thinking about how nasty, rude, and insulting Kaine was to Pete Hegseth. I also saw Dan Bongino’s comment about Timmy’s “nephews. Can you imagine, if Hildebeast had won in 2016 and 2020, Kaine would have been the nominee in 2024! Thank you Donald Trump! You not only saved us from Hildebeast and Kamala, but you also destroyed Tim Kaine and Tim Walz, two of the worst VP nominees since Ross Perot’s crazy admiral who kept saying “GRIDLOCK”.

Kaine is an idiot. Hunting down violent criminals, repeat offenders, and convicted sex offenders will not disrupt the economy and needs to be done immediately.
The plans for the others who either broke immigration law, gotaways, or are here because of lax enforcement or other 'shenanigans' I'm sure will be announced sometime after noon today. The new Administration has not even taken the Oath of Office yet ... but they will soon!

In New York City, fer instance, Hotels could go back to renting rooms to visitors and business people. Pharmacies could restock their shelves and make a profit. Tourism would increase and the subways may be somewhat safer. Not perfect, but look what group is causing the mayhem. That's a gut-punch as Kane calls it.
