Every intellectually honest person knows exactly what is going on here, including Judge Aileen Cannon. Judge Cannon had previously blocked the Jack Smith effort to release his politically framed report on the Trump Mar-a-Lago classified documents case. (snip) DOJ is still prosecuting other defendants in the case in her courtroom. A release of this report, even to congress, would be tantamount to the DOJ releasing public information negative toward the accused who have not even stood trial yet. (sni[p) the DOJ tried to argue they should be allowed to release the report to congress. Judge Aileen Cannon was not buying their story

The report is BS and I cannot think of anything that report could say that would change my mind one Iota on Donald Trump. Everything Jack Smith did was illegal, and showed what a group of slimes he was working for.

The two existing defendants should get their case dismissed and Smith's illegal "report" should go in the shredder. Can you imagine if a person not a police officer could investigate you, andd write a report that would have you smeared across the country? If Smith's "investigation" was unconstitutional because he was not legally able to be special counsel, the entire "report" should be destroyed and the case against anyone charged dismissed. Period.

Health officials in the Kansas City area are warning of a recent outbreak of tuberculosis (TB) cases, prompting an effort from state and local health agencies to stop the spread, according to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE). The outbreak has killed two people since it started in January 2024, KDHE spokeswoman Jill Bronaugh said. Health officials in Kansas say there is no threat to the general public. The outbreak has primarily affected Wyandotte County, with a total of 67 active cases reported as of Jan. 24. According to KDHE, 60 of these cases are in Wyandotte County, while the remaining seven are in neighboring Johnson County.

On Saturday the US Army released the name of the pilot of the US Army Blackhawk helicopter that flew into a passenger jet landing at Reagan National Airport. The crash was on Wednesday. The third pilot’s name, Rebecca Lobach, was finally released on Saturday, three days later. All 64 passengers in the jet were killed.
