Shortly after midnight the DOJ released a 134-page volume 1 report [SEE HERE] outlining a political narrative used by the Biden Dept of Justice in their targeting effort of President-elect Donald Trump.
We are reading it along with you in real time and will have more analysis following complete review. In the interim, everyone knows the timing and release of this report is being done as part of a sequential series of steps intended to undermine the administration of incoming President Donald Trump.

This sucks. this like a trial except in this trial Trump can't defend himself. Trump must be guilty of something, because Jack Smith said so.

The report even starts off with a lie, addressing to The Honorable Merrick Garland... Everyone knows there is NOTHING Honorable about Merrick Garland. In FACT, there are very few outside of Hades that are less Honorable than Garland! Starting with that lie there is no hope for any honest discussion of The Donald!

I won't bother reading the report. I'll wait for a good summary of key findings. What I really want to know if the report also includes exculpatory evidence that Smith found. If the report only includes evidence of alleged guilty but excludes exculpatory evidence, the report is worthless and exposes the "investigation " and report as the political hit job we all know it is.

Everything you need to know:
November 15, 2022 - Trump announces he is running for President
November 18, 2022 - Garland appoints Jack Smith special persecutor
The rest is a smoke screen.

Too course for literature. Too maudlin for literature. The reason you have the Delete button on your computer.

What's that they say about fair play? The revenge psychology is not working. At least I hope it isn't. These people deserve to get as they've given. Is that revenge or justice?

Few will read this bloated "report." And what can Smith say that hasn't already been said?

I hope that ugly POS sleeps better now. Or better, I hope he has to look behind him for the rest of his miserable life. And that his name is on some government newcomer's list. At the top.

Just remember that Jack Smith was not legally appointed to the job.
He's just digging a deeper hole for himself.

Glad Jack S. Smith could tear himself away from his starring role in The Devil and Daniel Webster long enough to put his name to whatever his staff wrote and called it his "report." The more they dump on Trump, the more real patriots flock to him.

Decades ago, a corporate executive with a keen wit and delightful sense of humor described a corporate proclamation as having been written by someone intoxicated with the exuberance of their own verbosity. Suffice it to say, two volumes of a targeted “lawfare report” might be considered by some as “The lady doth protest too much.” Reality Check: No mortal has the ability to read the mind or heart of another mortal; therefore, what may be perceived by some mortals as egregious may be totally and absolutely misunderstood when, in reality, the pursuit of another mortal’s self-defense makes it necessary to engage vigorous use of the law—“proper conduct sanctioned by conscience, concepts of natural justice, or the will of a deity, a moral law” rather than “cafeteria law” that picks and chooses what laws can be twisted sufficiently to succeed in criminal intent, or perception thereof, to destroy an individual and/or entity if so inclined.

Since Smith was appointed illegally, this “report” is null and void, and nothing but meaningless drivel.

To put this in perspective: Suppose a "cop" pulls you over for reckless driving for missing a squirrel in the road then you discover that this "cop" is actually a "pretend" cop... what does it say about the legitimacy of your "ticket," even if it appears 100% legit?
What do you think the Judge would say?
