This sucks. this like a trial except in this trial Trump can't defend himself. Trump must be guilty of something, because Jack Smith said so.

The report even starts off with a lie, addressing to The Honorable Merrick Garland... Everyone knows there is NOTHING Honorable about Merrick Garland. In FACT, there are very few outside of Hades that are less Honorable than Garland! Starting with that lie there is no hope for any honest discussion of The Donald!

I won't bother reading the report. I'll wait for a good summary of key findings. What I really want to know if the report also includes exculpatory evidence that Smith found. If the report only includes evidence of alleged guilty but excludes exculpatory evidence, the report is worthless and exposes the "investigation " and report as the political hit job we all know it is.

What's that they say about fair play? The revenge psychology is not working. At least I hope it isn't. These people deserve to get as they've given. Is that revenge or justice?

Decades ago, a corporate executive with a keen wit and delightful sense of humor described a corporate proclamation as having been written by someone intoxicated with the exuberance of their own verbosity. Suffice it to say, two volumes of a targeted “lawfare report” might be considered by some as “The lady doth protest too much.” Reality Check: No mortal has the ability to read the mind or heart of another mortal; therefore, what may be perceived by some mortals as egregious may be totally and absolutely misunderstood when, in reality, the pursuit of another mortal’s self-defense makes it necessary to engage vigorous use of the law—“proper conduct sanctioned by conscience, concepts of natural justice, or the will of a deity, a moral law” rather than “cafeteria law” that picks and chooses what laws can be twisted sufficiently to succeed in criminal intent, or perception thereof, to destroy an individual and/or entity if so inclined.

To put this in perspective: Suppose a "cop" pulls you over for reckless driving for missing a squirrel in the road then you discover that this "cop" is actually a "pretend" cop... what does it say about the legitimacy of your "ticket," even if it appears 100% legit? What do you think the Judge would say?

Ivanka Trump has blunt 3-word response

Ivanka Trump has zero plans of returning the White House to help her father run the country during his second administration, bluntly declaring: “I hate politics.” Ivanka Trump has revealed why she won’t be returning to the White House for her father’s upcoming term. President-elect Donald Trump’s eldest daughter, who was among his top advisers during his first stint, told the Skinny Confidential’s “Him & Her Show” podcast on Tuesday that she is steering clear of Washington DC this time around. “I love policy and impact. I hate politics. And unfortunately, the two are not separable,” Ivanka, 43, said, adding it is a “very dark, negative business.”

That the attacks are jihadist is rarely mentioned, or only briefly. Then everything gets forgotten until the next jihadist attack. In many American universities, tenured professors have openly supported radical Islam for years, described Hamas as a liberation movement, supported terrorism, shown their hatred of the United States and brainwashed students. Radical imams in many US mosques have incited their followers to hate and even murder Jews, and appear to be trying to legitimize jihad. Political Islam, support for Islamic terrorism and incitement to jihad -- Islamic holy war -- need to be squarely faced and defeated.

Gov. Hochul’s State of the State address Tuesday was another display of empty promises and political posturing. Beneath the rhetoric lies the harsh truth: This administration and the far-left legislature majorities continue to fail New Yorkers. Instead of bold solutions, Hochul doubled down on the same disastrous policies that have made our state unaffordable, unsafe and unlivable. Though the governor frequently talks about affordability, New York remains the highest-taxed state in the nation. Skyrocketing property taxes are squeezing family budgets, small businesses are strangled by red tape, and residents are fleeing at a record pace.

This would mean that Musk is likely to continue to have prominent access to President-elect Donald Trump after he takes office once again. I started that morning at the Richard Nixon Presidential Museum and Library and a few hours later proceeded to that of Ronald Reagan. Some months earlier I had also stopped at the Harry Truman Library and Museum in Missouri. Every president is actively encouraged to plan and construct an official repository of his documents from his time in office. The resulting library is more than the collection of the paperwork generated during his tenure, however.

For awhile there, we thought something had changed in her when she graciously certified the 2024 election in the Senate and put on a decent appearance at Jimmy Carter's funeral. Michelle Obama is skipping Donald Trump’s inauguration because she’s “no phony,” we’re told. While her husband appears to be playing nice with the president-elect, Michelle won’t do the same. Former President Barack Obama and Trump appeared chummy at former President Jimmy Carter’s funeral, but Michelle was nowhere in sight because she was reportedly on an “extended holiday vacation” in Hawaii. (Photo) She isn’t even giving an excuse for Jan. 20. The Office of Barack and Michelle Obama simply announced that Michelle “will not attend the upcoming inauguration,” in a statement to the Associated Press on Tuesday. And a source familiar with the Obamas’ circle told Page Six it’s “deliberate.”

WASHINGTON - U.S. Special Counsel Jack Smith concluded that Donald Trump engaged in an "unprecedented criminal effort" to hold on to power after losing the 2020 election, but was thwarted in bringing the case to trial by the president-elect's November election victory, according to a report published on Tuesday. The report details Smith's decision to bring a four-count indictment against Trump, accusing him of plotting to obstruct the collection and certification of votes following his 2020 defeat by Democratic President Joe Biden. It concludes that the evidence would have been enough to convict Trump at trial, but his imminent return to the presidency, set for Jan. 20, made that impossible.

WASHINGTON — Retiring President Biden lifted Cuba’s designation as a state sponsor of terrorism Tuesday, less than a week before leaving office — outraging Republican members of Congress who believe more stringent sanctions should remain in effect. Biden, 82, made the decision in deference to the Catholic Church’s talks with the island’s Communist authorities on releasing political prisoners, the White House said. “We view this as an opportune moment to do so, given the important dialogue that is taking place between Cuba and the Catholic Church with respect to political prisoners,” a Biden administration official told reporters.
