In a predictable leftist move, "Ben & Jerry's" ice cream is hawking a "direct action" ... "against fascism" in opposition to President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration on January 20. Yeah. And yawn. As reported by the Post Millennial on Thursday, the notoriously radical left-wing company is working to organize participation in a "People's March" on January 18 in Washington, D.C., along with other locations across the fruited plain. The company's latest newsletter encouraged its customers to protest and "dissent" against Trump's soon-to-be presidency.
Post Millennial Senior Editor Andy Ngo posted a reminder on X (formerly Twitter) of just who these two radical characters —

Those stinkin' knuckleheads may be Billionaires; but they haven't a clue what fascism means.
Psalm 49 seemed to anticipate them. "In his riches, man lacks wisdom. He is like the beasts that are destroyed."

We have not bought Ben & Jerry's for 30 years. 30 years ago we toured their plant in VT and after the "regressive spiel" from the guide we decided that never again would we by their products.

Are Ben & Jerry inciting people to do stoopid things to win stoopid prizes?
Is the age of Leftism's get-out-of-jail-free-for-violence card about to be rescinded?

One thing all this blather does is give the courts notice of B/J's prior intent to promote civil rioting, and hold them accountable for damages--enough damages, we hope, to bust their crummy business totally.

I have never purchased B&J ice cream, and plan to keep it that way, all I can do.
While we're on ice cream.... I recommend Tillamook ice cream, to which I am brand loyal. It's creamy ice cream. I have visited the Tillamook ice cream and cheese maker on the coast of Oregon. Oregon.... who knows what their politics are. At least Tillamook doesn't push its politics, to my knowledge.

I guess Ben and Jerry's had an agreement they could keep doing any politics they wanted, and keep their social justice board, when they sold to Unilever. Looks like Unilever either sold them or is trying to as of August 2024. Good move Unilever.

Unilever is as woke as the two crusty hippies that used to own Ben and Jerry's. That said haven't bought the brand in 30 years. Only surpassed by Tyson. Haven't bought their product since the Clinton years.

I don't eat ice cream all that often but when I do, I want some good stuff. There is a wonderful local dairy place near me and I often buy their ice cream. But if I have to buy it at the store, I buy Graeter's. It's delicious!

Unilever is a British Company, owned by people who think they can prosecute Americans for speaking against their ideas! I agree with Elizabeth II... Charles is way too stupid to be King... She shoulda out lived that asshat!
It's becoming very clear America should have let the Parasitic British and French be taken over by Germany.

Remember the big Dioxin scares of the 1990's?
Lots of headlines, huge amount of Taxpayer money spent doing 'research' and tons more spent on lawyers both prosecuting companies and defending companies for producing 'Dioxin'.
Then it came out that:
"Two independent laboratories using different methodologies reported a single serving of the ice cream contained about 200 times the level of dioxin the EPA says is safe — according to the existing EPA standard. Under the new EPA standard, a serving of Ben & Jerry's would exceed the EPA's safe level by a whopping 2,000 times. The level would be about 7,400 times what the EPA says is safe for a 40-pound child."
link: https://www.foxnews.com/story/a-scoop-of-debunkey-monkey-please
Suddenly, the Dioxin scare stories were no more.
Just like this last week or two, when all we heard about was "DRONES".... then suddenly, silence.
By the way.... what happened to all the drones?
Going a level deeper.... WHO issues the marching orders to all these news organizations?
Remember 'Journ-O-List'? It came out that the organization exists, but it was never exposed who the members were, and one does not hear about it anymore.
But where there's Smoke, there's Fire.
