Judge Lets Trump Off with No Punishment
in Hush Money Case

New York Judge Juan Merchan ruled Friday that President-elect Donald Trump will not face any punishment after being convicted of 34 felonies related to a hush-money payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels. Merchan gave Trump an unconditional discharge, meaning he declined to sentence Trump to jail time or probation in light of the president-elect’s imminent return to the White House. The sentencing puts an end to an unprecedented case that Trump and his allies have cast as political persecution.

Perhaps we should find a red state DA to get a class action suite against ALL the biden admin and charge them with felony murder for all the fentanyl deaths in America that happened because of the biden admins open border policy. Charge them all and throw them in jail for 400 years. I bet if you make EACH DEATH a FELONY you would get hundreds of thousands of felony charges. Grow a spine repubs. Dems will do this again. FIGHT BACK.

Dems maybe you should ask Ashley Biden abt how her father Joey took NASTY showers with her growing up OR the women like Tara Reade who claimed, along w others, that Joey raped her or the other VILE things Joey does that the dems cover up. So dems don't want a rapist in thew WH. Well, they already have 1 and a child molester too. And check out the Office of Compliance Hush Money bill signed in 1995 with 268 settlements so far paid for by OUR tax dollars (17.2 MILLION). Dems are upset abt Trump and Stormy? At least HE used his own money Conyers and the dems have used OUR tax dollars to help them get re-elected and look pure while being charged with vile deeds by others. Let's be TRANSPARENT and look at the 268 settlements. WHO are the elected leaders who were charged and WE PAID SETTLEMENTS for to keep them in office? I bet dems "settled" w all these people to get RE-ELECTED. Just like they are claiming abt Trump. I did not know if you were aware of this law that was passed re paying TAX DOLLARS for misconduct of our elected officials. I guess Trump should have paid Stormy with THIS money. Just like Congress does. Here is my response to the article listed above. In 1995 a bill was passed by the Office of Compliance. It allows our elected officials who are charged with discrimination, including sexually, to get paid settlements with OUR TAX DOLLARS. (at least Trump used his own money). As of 2017 there were 268 settlements made and it cost the taxpayers $17.2 MILLION dollars. So if they put Trump in jail for Stormy then ALL of the reps that had charges brought against them should be in jail too. THAT is NOT going to happen. THIS is no secret. Here is 1 story. https://www.axios.com/2017/12/15/congress-has-paid-17-million-in-sexual-misconduct-and-discrimination-settlements-1513307017 Congress has paid $17.2 million in sexual misconduct and discrimination settlements Amazing how dems are so SELECTIVE in attacking those they want to eliminate and yet they protect their own isn't it? I bet very few people know abt this. Justice for ALL no longer applies to repubs anymore. Dems hide what they they do while accusing repubs of misdeeds.

I don't believe for a minute that this brings this case to an end. Certainly Trump will appeal this conviction. Both Bragg and Merchan deserve retribution of some sort for "arranging" the law so that Trump could be charged. Under the original law he could not have been charged, they changed the law to allow it.

The judge is a leftist Democrat who contributed money to Biden. His daughter apparently also worked with Biden, so what do you expect? Outside the leftist and progressive Democrat partisan political cabal, nobody cares about this obvious Democrat banana republic style law-fare action. That was clearly evidenced by the general election results with Trump obtaining the most votes of any Republican in most of our lifetimes. Additionally no similar case has ever been prosecuted under New York law. Actually what happened in that judge’s court this morning made the matter final at the trial level, and gives Trump the right to appeal the entire case up through the appeals courts and ultimately to the US Supreme Court. No doubt that will take a long-time as the Democrat law-fare people will delay the matter at each level of appeal as they can get away with so that they can keep calling Trump a convicted felon. But that will not matter as Trump will be in his second presidential term in the White House. The country had better hope that the appeals courts throw this partisan political law-fare case out, as if not, such partisan political law-fare activities will continue involving both the leftist Democrats and the wimpy Republicans on into the future.

FTA: "The sentencing puts an end to an unprecedented case that Trump and his allies have cast as political persecution." Bull Hockey! It is now finished only the beginning! How Stupid and Conflicted is the National Review? Or is in the imbecile James lynch? The Case is now to be overturned for a myriad of Unconstitutional and Criminal actions taken by the prosecution and the Judge, assuming a legitimate court of law that actually respects the Law and the Constitution can be found. It may have to be taken out of New York for that to happen. I believe that every person incarcerated in New York now has grounds to file an appeal because of the proven corruption of the entire system. Were it not corrupt, the Courts of last resort in the state have the duty and oral obligation to put a stop to illegal activity of its charges. It failed to do so and failed America.
