Biden Moves to Permanently Ban Offshore
Oil and Gas Drilling in Final Bid to Block
Trump’s Energy Agenda: Report

Original Article

Posted By: Imright, 1/2/2025 2:08:15 PM

Joe Biden is preparing to permanently ban new offshore oil and gas development in key U.S. coastal waters, which will be “difficult to revoke protections for sensitive marine areas.” This last-ditch effort to block President-elect Donald Trump’s energy agenda is expected to be enshrined in an executive order, marking yet another chapter in Biden’s war on American energy. Sources familiar with the plan have revealed that Biden’s order will leverage a 72-year-old law—the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act—to solidify protections that are notoriously difficult to reverse, Bloomberg reported.

After all, the vegetable bidet did not have his marbles on day one, spent more time on vacation or in the bathroom. He is a traitor to this country and has no right to ban anything other than himself from the WH!

The actions being taken are a deliberate attempt to interfere with US military preparedness. Anyone who has a hand in manipulating Biden to sign, should be arrested, tried and executed for treason. I could wish the "cruel and unusual" limitations on things like this could be put aside, because the danger this puts us all in, when both China and Russia are rattling their sabers, deserves drawing and quartering.

Having just gone through this with a Dear Friend, I would suggest that anything Biden does should be easily challenged as it is obvious he has diminished capacity. I don't believe he should be allowed to sign anything from now until he leaves Office. If he does, I think it will go through Court and Jill will have a fit if he has to prove he is not diminished. Better just let the nasty ideas go and quietly disappear into the sunset at one of his Beach Homes!

Thank you #13/14 for your reply. You are correct, an executive order is not permanent. If Biden enacts the Act with an executive order, Trump and squash it with an executive order or revoke it with another order. If Biden enacts this ACT then this proves that Jill and Obama are very cruel people. They want all of us to suffer. Just remember Biden does not know what time of day it is in his current state. Motorists heading into some of Manhattan’s busiest neighborhoods have begun shelling out a first-in-the-nation $9 congestion toll — a controversial levy critics contend will drive people out of Gotham and devastate the local economy. The scheme officially took effect at midnight on Sunday, meaning drivers entering the city below 60th Street will now have to pay $9 during peak hours — 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends — and $2.25 for off-peak hours. During peak hours, large trucks will pay $21.60, small trucks $14.40 and motorcycles $4.50.

An underlying realization that the Democratic party’s politburo — Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, Jeffries, and their courtiers of elected official and consultant sycophants — sold voters a bill of goods: the gaslighting of the public on President Biden’s decrepitude; the false idol of the Kamala Harris “campaign of joy” as a smart last-minute stand-in; and the repeated cowering to the far left whose wokeness and moral condescension turns off most voters. In a just world, one might expect a formal no-confidence vote on this leadership failure.

The laws and statutes got so contorted that even CNN’s Elie Honig, the network's chief legal analyst and former assistant US attorney, couldn’t defend it, aptly calling it a total disaster of a case. In essence, Trump only got convicted because Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his team perverted the rule of law. Law professor Jonathan Turley nailed why Judge Juan Merchan wants to get this wrapped on January 10. It’s to give the liberal media the talking point they’ve salivated over for months:

In recent weeks, a mysterious fog with a distinct chemical odor has enveloped multiple U.S. states, causing health concerns among residents and fueling bioweapon theories, especially following numerous drone sightings in the affected areas. The fog has been observed in various states, including California, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Concerned citizens have shared videos and reports on social media. In a viral TikTok video posted last year, David Bamber from St. Petersburg, Florida, wrote the fog “tastes and smells like after setting off a lot of fireworks. That sulfur smell.”

Among other things, he said: “Our country has had enough. We will not take it anymore, and that’s what this is all about. To use a favorite term that all of you people really came up with, we will ‘stop the steal.’” He urged them to protest Congress’ counting of Electoral College ballots.

In honoring Soros, Biden said: “Born into a Jewish family in Hungary, George Soros escaped Nazi occupation to build a life of freedom for himself and countless others around the world,” reads the Soros citation. Soros has been a relentless enemy of freedom throughout his adult life. “His inspiring generosity reminds us all of our capacity and our obligation to stand up to the abuse of power and to be guardians of democracy and all people yearning to be

The number of candidates taking the test to join the NYPD has plunged by more than half in the past eight years, The Post has learned. Prospective members of New York’s Finest went from 18,000 in 2017 to just 8,000 this year — a 55% decline, according to data from the Police Benevolent Association, the city’s largest police union. “The biggest problem is that cops are telling their friends and family not to bother with this job, even as a stepping stone, because it’s not worth it,” a Brooklyn cop with more than a dozen years on the job told The Post.
