Joe Biden is preparing to permanently ban new offshore oil and gas development in key U.S. coastal waters, which will be “difficult to revoke protections for sensitive marine areas.”
This last-ditch effort to block President-elect Donald Trump’s energy agenda is expected to be enshrined in an executive order, marking yet another chapter in Biden’s war on American energy.
Sources familiar with the plan have revealed that Biden’s order will leverage a 72-year-old law—the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act—to solidify protections that are notoriously difficult to reverse, Bloomberg reported.

President Trump should shred this rubbish order and others starting 4 years ago and throw into the trash. After all, the vegetable bidet did not have his marbles on day one, spent more time on vacation or in the bathroom. He is a traitor to this country and has no right to ban anything other than himself from the WH!

The easiest way to deal with this, is declare him mentally unfit, and then search for and prosecute the people signing things with his authority. You can't get more treasonous than this.

The actions being taken are a deliberate attempt to interfere with US military preparedness. Anyone who has a hand in manipulating Biden to sign, should be arrested, tried and executed for treason.
I could wish the "cruel and unusual" limitations on things like this could be put aside, because the danger this puts us all in, when both China and Russia are rattling their sabers, deserves drawing and quartering.

How about cutting off electricity to his Delaware mansion? He’d have to rely on auxiliary power (probably a Kohler generator that runs on gas or propane). Or better yet, candles! If it was good enough for our brilliant forefathers it’s more than sufficient for Bribe’em.

Trump's first executive order immediately after being sworn into office should be to revoke every executive order issued by Brandon. Wipe them all out at once.

Having just gone through this with a Dear Friend, I would suggest that anything Biden does should be easily challenged as it is obvious he has diminished capacity. I don't believe he should be allowed to sign anything from now until he leaves Office. If he does, I think it will go through Court and Jill will have a fit if he has to prove he is not diminished. Better just let the nasty ideas go and quietly disappear into the sunset at one of his Beach Homes!

Oh please, Biden can't find his own shoes at the moment much less formulate policy. This is his handlers doing. Presidency by proxy.
Shouldn't that be illegal? Hmmm... maybe someone in Congress might know, not that they will do anything about it. Just the same ole Potomac two step just as we have seen the last 4 years. And the people suffer.

He's trying to build his legacy with the base before he goes. He's looking at a book, and a favorably review by the leftie historians. Well that and stiffing Trump, and payback for the coup. He is out of control and the pubbies are watching him burn down the dem party. He has all elite dems terrified waiting for him to release their pardons - that's why he looks so happy. He's rides the wave, to the end out of control and fully immune from any action to stop him; and loving it.

Biden is permanently incapacitated, that's one thing that can't be changed. This ban would result in China surrounding the United States with drilling platforms that would double as missile launch sites. Not going to happen.

Thank you #13/14 for your reply. You are correct, an executive order is not permanent. If Biden enacts the Act with an executive order, Trump and squash it with an executive order or revoke it with another order. If Biden enacts this ACT then this proves that Jill and Obama are very cruel people. They want all of us to suffer. Just remember Biden does not know what time of day it is in his current state. Someone or others are making these decisions for him.

Trump's first declaration: Since an independent investigator from the DOJ found the Biden was too mentally compromised to make proper decisions re his defense, I hereby, in the interest of National Security, declare that everything signed said or attributed to or by Biden for the last two years is now in abeyance until such time as it has been thoroughly researched and will not harm the Nation any further!...

It should be conslusively shown that Biden was/is an illegitimate president. Therefore, all of his actions are null and void. Once the right people are in place the fraud of the 2020 election shouldn't be that hard to prove.

Off shore new oil platforms will not impact the oil industry considering there is more oil deposits under Texas and Louisiana than in Saudi Arabia and other middle east countries. The XL pipeline will also be an oil asset to America. Congress can also dissolve any current law that would prohibit offshore drilling.
