The hunters are becoming the hunted.
Earlier this month it was reported that Jack Smith’s team of partisan prosecutors are lawyering up as they brace for President Trump.
According to Rolling Stone, Jack Smith’s team of prosecutors are also combing through their private and professional communications to make sure they haven’t written anything that can be subpoenaed.
Are they deleting evidence of misconduct and anti-Trump bias?
Late last month Jack Smith moved to dismiss both federal cases against President Trump as Trump plans to go scorched earth and fire the special counsel’s entire team of prosecutors.
Jack Smith asked to dismiss both the January 6 case and classified documents case against President Trump.

It's not that easy. The deleted stuff may be referred to in some seemly innocuous other piece ... then they will be facing additional charges perjury, obstruction of evidence. What young lawyer bragged to his girlfriend about it in an email of internet site. There are court documents that may contain reference. But I'm enjoying this - drained of color, sweating like it's August tryouts, snapping at each other, playing the blame game. Pass the popcorn corn.

Would their actions be considered evidence tampering and obstruction of justice? That alone should subject them to some serious jail time.

The documents have been shredded, the phones wiped, and the computers crashed -- all accidental, Jack Smith says.

Sounds like clear obstruction of justice and destroying evidence. What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.
Let's hope that they all have serious legal difficulties for years to come.

Anyone who has "lost" evidence should be prohibited from serving government or being paid for government work for a period of 10 years. There is no excuse for losing records. If you cannot manage your work records, you are unbelievably careless.

Cockroaches scattering even before the light comes on. Their terror that Trump will do to them what they did to him is especially amusing. The Trump associates that were bankrupted with expensive attorney fees are already getting the sweet revenge that they richly deserve. I hope Bondi goes after every one of them. Subpoena their spouses and adult kids as well.

While you’re at it, go after Letitia James. She ran and won her campaign on the promise that she would “Get Trump”. Bias so obvious that even Ray Charles could see it.

If you've nothing to hide...why the panic...is this another crooked Hillary destruction of evidence...hammering phones and shredding paperwork...looks like to me....the Clintons changed DC.....when the Clintons came from Arkansa they left their mark ...their mark is still on the swamp in washington....even now crooked Hillary tries to get into the news...her face surfaces at every opportunity....wonder what's still left of her paperwork....

Jack Smith seems to violate the Law no matter what he does. It's a crime to destroy government records and all his legal notes are just that. I'll bet he's banking on using the fact that he never was a "real" Special Prosecutor.

This looks like Jack Smith's prosecutors are reaping what they have sown. Psalm 64.

Most (or all) Federal agencies have daily backups of all traffic on their servers that they have to maintain for years under Federal records laws. Anything they wrote and sent through DOJ servers can be found.

That they are doing this and also lawyering up means that there is something to look into RE Lawfare and the targeting of President Trump and his supporters. Innocent people don't need to consult with defense attorneys for past actions!!
