Judge Merchan Rejects Trump’s
Effort to Overturn Felony Conviction Despite
Presidential Immunity Ruling From Supreme Court

Judge Juan Merchan on Monday upheld the 34 felony convictions against President Trump despite the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling. In April, Trump was convicted on all 34 felony counts after he was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.”

Fraud--because Trump classified payment to his lawyer "legal fees", and on Trump's books. Trump can keep HIS books any way he likes. And who exactly was defrauded? Nobody. Let's check Judge Merchan and Alvin Bragg's books, and see how well they are kept. Merchan and Bragg should be jerked out of their offices, put in jail, disbarred, and never permitted in public sight again.

I think I smell the 'rat plan: Merchan will attempt to sentence before Jan. 6, and on Jan. 6 we may see an actual Constitutional crisis when VP Commie-la Harris willingly entertains attempts to derail the proceedings to record the EVs based on the pending incarceration of the President-elect. Mark Levin has, for some time, been offering sound advice to Trump's legal team to proceed with haste to the Supreme Court, a la Ted Olsen in Bush v. Gore in 2000. I think it is time for Trump's attorneys to listen to Levin.

This IS going to go before a higher court at some point and Merchan and Bragg are going to be completely exposed as the embarrassing hacks that they are. The case will be thrown out. Further, depending on where it is finally heard and dealt with, Trump might have some grounds for a suit for malicious prosecution and the hacks may find out what it's like to FAFO, like like ABC and Georgie recently have.
