Biden waited until Obama and Pelosi forced him off the ticket in July and swapped him out for Kamala Harris shortly before the DNC Convention. Kamala Harris blew through $1.5 billion in donor money in 3 months and still lost in a landslide against President Trump.

Lead was banned from automobile fuel in 1996.
