A New Jersey lawyer was tossed out of a town council meeting by cops last week for waving an American flag to protest a “stupid” new rule that bans so-called “props” from being used during the meetings. Joel Bassoff, a local resident and attorney, was ordered to be removed from the Edison Township Council meeting after he pulled out the star-spangled banner while addressing council members on Nov. 25, footage obtained by New Brunswick Today shows. Bassoff was among the slew of furious locals who were voicing their objections over the township’s new ordinance that prohibits them from using any props — including the flag and even the US Constitution —

Will that apply to gay and pedophile flags too, or just props for traditional values? I'm sure it is frustrating to have rowdy meetings challenging ones absolute supremacy. Maybe they should look at why thats happening. Local officials can be some of the most oppressive.

A Commie will do Commie things. What the Council did is no surprise. No one likes to be questioned and those clowns are just acting to form. Worse for me is, just as during the Covid/Summer of Peaceful Riots stupidity, the Brownshirts are right there ready to carry out ANY order their Masters give them. Whether it directly goes against the Constitution or not.

I noticed in the video that there was no visible American Flag behind the dais on which the overlords were seated. Guess they consider that a prop too. Would not the seal of the city on the wall also be considered a prop?

It burns me up to hear someone with a foreign accent tell Americans what is allowed in our own ancestral country. There are historical names for when that situation occurs: “invasion” “conquest” and “colonialism”. I don’t care if the newcomers are naturalized or not. If, as in this case, they try in any way to deny other citizens their Constitutional rights they should have their citizenship revoked and be deported back to wherever they came from. And in the case of first generation Americans, have the good grace to watch and learn how the country functions before mouthing off in any negative way. And this cops are a disgrace.

From the moment of Joe Biden’s coup d’état “victory” in 2020, Democrats, who had spent years telling everyone our elections were vulnerable to manipulation, suddenly began telling us it was the most secure election in American history. Not long after the inauguration, adding insult to injury, Molly Ball wrote a long piece in TIME describing all of the maneuvers and manipulations Democrats had used to steal the election and their preparations for “protests”—read violence—if their coup didn’t succeed. But it did, and they were gloating about it. Since that time, we’ve all come to see exactly what happened, much of it described in Mollie Hemingway’s bible on the coup: Rigged.

In yet another example of the left’s desperate attempts to smear President-elect Donald Trump’s allies, Olivia Troye, a former advisor to turncoat Mike Pence, is facing the heat after making outrageous defamatory statements about Trump’s pick for FBI Director, Kash Patel. On November 30, 2024, President-elect Trump announced the nomination of Patel to lead the FBI, an institution tarnished by years of political corruption under figures like James Comey and Chris Wray. Trump’s base praised the nomination, viewing Patel as a figure who could restore integrity and accountability to the Bureau.

It has all the hallmarks of a dramatic spy movie. At around 6.45am on Wednesday, a masked assassin shot dead a multi-millionaire executive on one of New York's busiest shopping streets. After confirming he'd eliminated his target, the hooded gunman walked calmly away, before apparently disappearing into thin air in one the world's most surveilled cities. (Video) His victim: UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, 50, who earned $10 million a year and suffered at least two gunshot wounds – one to the back, the other in his leg – outside the Hilton Hotel on Manhattan's Sixth Avenue. He was later pronounced dead in hospital.

The defense secretary post requires Senate confirmation and Hegseth faces an increasingly uphill battle to win over GOP members with concerns about his past.

In dealing with his enemies in the Deep State, President Trump could follow one of two paths. One would be the path of peace, reconciliation, and forgiveness. This would certainly be easier in the short term and also garner approval from insiders and the media. Alternatively, he could seek to clean house and punish the worst and most insubordinate offenders from his first term. Which path Trump should take all depends on whether one believes the last eight years were normal partisan squabbles or if one believes that something monumental happened

AP reports it is unclear whether the munitions for the HIMARS are the coveted ATACMS — the Army Tactical Missile System — but Ukraine has been pressing for more of the longer-range missiles to strike additional targets inside Russia.
