Never waste an opportunity to trash Donald Trump by dragging him into a story, no matter how tenuously related. That could be Joe Scarborough's motto, given his performance on Tuesday's Morning Joe.
Scarborough managed to exploit the acquittal of Daniel Perry in his New York City trial to suggest that Trump was fairly convicted by a jury there.
He boasted:
"A jury of his peers found him not guilty. A lot of people that were also screaming when a jury of peers found Donald Trump guilty, of course. They [the jurors] were dismissed as hacks. Well, in the same Manhattan jury pool,

Women 'crushed' on Luigi Mangione as he typed away on his laptop at his co-working space in Honolulu, finding him a dreamy blend of looks, brains and charm, according to former fellow members of the facility.
The 26-year-old Ivy League tech grad, charged this week with killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, bore no resemblance to the killer as he rolled in on his bicycle each morning to Hub Co-working Hawaii, a regular there told DailyMail.com.
People there were having a hard time wrapping their heads around the new reality that this affable young man they knew would later carry out the cold-blooded execution 5,000 miles away in midtown Manhattan.

During remarks at an Equal Voice Foundation event this week, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau chastised Americans for electing President-elect Donald Trump ratheTrudeau lamented the fact that they had two opportunities to do so—in 2016 with Hillary Clinton and in 2024 with Kamala Harris—but voted instead for Trump both times.
"No, it shouldn't be that way. It wasn't supposed to be that way. We were supposed to be on a steady, if difficult sometimes, march towards progress. And yet, just a few weeks ago, the United States voted for a second time to not elect its first womanr than the country's "first woman president."

The mysterious drones that have been tormenting New Jersey residents for weeks could be part of a top-secret government program, security experts told The Post Tuesday — as lawmakers push for answers over the troubling sightings.
The feds have been mum about the daily drone activity in Morris, Passaic, Bergen and Hunterdon counties and beyond since the gizmos were first spotted on Nov. 18.
But several experts said the US government might be behind the unsettling flights — which could be part of a super-secret military program meant to test new hardware before it hits the battlefield.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), who has broken with the Left’s orthodoxy numerous times, did it again, ripping into leftists on social media who celebrated the alleged murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Thompson was shot to death on December 4 outside an entrance to the New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan. A suspect has been arrested for his murder, and many leftists cheered the killing.
“He’s the a**hole that’s going to die in prison,” Fetterman stated. “Congratulations if you want to celebrate that. A sewer is going to sewer. That’s what social media is about. And I don’t know why the media wants to turn that into a story,

In a damning new report released by the House Judiciary Committee and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, Republicans claim the federal government has transformed the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) into a tool for spying on Americans.
The Gateway Pundit first reported on this investigation on Monday. (Photo) The report alleges that federal law enforcement agencies under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, including the FBI, have turned financial institutions into de facto arms of the government, bypassing legal safeguards to obtain sensitive financial data.
Using Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), federal agencies have accessed millions of financial records

Scott Presler is one of the many people who worked so hard to win the state of Pennsylvania for Donald Trump in 2024. His tireless efforts to register new voters as Republicans paid off, big time.
This week, Presler announced that he is not slowing down for even a minute. His organization, ‘Early Vote Action,’ has already hired more people, and they are going after other states, and elections starting now.
He says he is also going to continue to ‘fortify’ Pennsylvania to make it as red as Ohio. Watch:

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis invited New Yorker and former Marine Daniel Penny to relocate to the Sunshine State to “get his life back” following his acquittal in the death of Jordan Neely.
Responding to an X post from Ryan James Girdusky, DeSantis welcomed Daniel Penny to Florida. “Now where does Daniel Penny go to get his life back?” asked Girdusky. “Florida,” responded DeSantis. Luigi Mangione executed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood as an 'act of war' after the company 'violated' its contract with his mother who suffered years of excruciating pain and expense following a diagnosis of severe neuropathy.
This is the claim made in a document purporting to be Mangione's full manifesto, obtained and shared at length by true crime podcast Hidden True Crime.
Producer Lauren Matthias who runs the popular podcast and YouTube channel with her psychologist husband, Dr. John Matthias, shared the unverified document Tuesday afternoon on YouTube.

Democrats on Capitol Hill are begging President Joe Biden, set to leave office next month, to commute the death sentences of 40 federal inmates, including one of the Boston Marathon bombers, child killers, mass shooters, and those convicted for brutally murdering women.
“Today, on human rights day, we call on President Biden to do the right thing — to use his clemency authority to commute the death sentences of the 40 individuals on death row, to resentence them to a prison term, and to save lives,” Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) said at a press conference.
