Vice President Harris is still pumping Democratic donors for cash weeks after her blowout election loss — but its leaving supporters spent, critics said.
“With Trump nominating MAGA loyalists left and right, there is nothing more important than making sure we can fight back and hold him accountable,” read an email from Kamala HQ which The Post received nearly three weeks after election day. “That’s why we need you to step up today. Yes, today.”
“Our records show that you haven’t pitched in to support our Harris Fight Fund program yet,” the missive scolded. “We know the election didn’t turn out as we’d hoped, but we’re not backing down.”

On Friday’s “PBS NewsHour,” Washington Post Associate Editor and MSNBC host Jonathan Capehart stated that “among many things that I found troubling about the 2024 election” was the fact that voters decided “Gas is too high, grocery store prices are too high. And so, yeah, we’re just going to go with” President-Elect Donald Trump, “leave aside all sorts of other things he said, such as mass deportations.” And charges against him where they hadn’t seen all the evidence.
Co-host William Brangham said, “[T]he voters looked at all of that, again, as much as you could, the charges, they don’t see all of the evidence, but they looked at it,

Liberal women are sterilizing themselves in response to President-elect Donald Trump’s win earlier this month, according to a new report from Newsweek.
The outlet spoke to five women who are so concerned about losing access to abortions that they are having their fallopian tubes removed over the election results.
“If I am to be denied any rights in the next four (or more) years, I will not give them up without a fight,” 28-year-old Texas resident Lydia Echols told Newsweek.
A 39-year-old from Washington, who asked to remain anonymous, told the outlet that she has already undergone a bilateral salpingectomy, removing her fallopian tubes, over Trump.

The media has been attacking Pete Hegseth, President Trump’s nominee for Defense Secretary, with leaks about a years-old sexual assault allegation that was already investigated by police and proven to be false.
However, The New York Times reached a new low when it published an out-of-context private email between Pete Hegseth and his mother, Penelope Hegseth.
The New York Times obtained the private email between Hegseth and his mother from a person with ties to the Hegseth family.
Hegseth’s mother, in a 2018 email to her son, expressed her disappointment in him for his treatment of women during his divorce from his second wife.
Penelope Hegseth sent her son a follow-up email

According to a new report, President-elect Donald Trump’s supporters are poised to outspend Kamala Harris voters this holiday season.
Since the election, shopping volumes have been surging in red states and scaling back in blue states — a sign that his supporters are feeling pretty good about the economy’s future.
CNBC reports:
CNBC analyzed shipping trends in red and blue states and spoke with shoppers in Texas, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, North Carolina and Virginia to better understand how the 2024 presidential election results could influence the holiday shopping season.
People who voted for President-elect Donald Trump were overwhelmingly positive about the future of the economy,

We here at RedState hope you and yours had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are full in the heart and in the stomach. In my grateful household, we had turkey, pork, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and vegetables, I think, but I kind of ignored those. (Snip) Meanwhile, this holiday week got a lot better for U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Payton May on Monday when he was reunited with his best friend, a Belgian Malinois service dog named Yyacob, who served with May in Iraq.
Despite May’s close bond with the pooch as his handler, the pair were separated when the solider was reassigned

Scott Gottlieb, who was Food and Drug Administration commissioner in Trump 1.0, is campaigning against Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s nomination to be Secretary of Health and Human Services in the new Trump administration. In an interview on CNBC on Friday, Gottlieb said he has been meeting with senators and that there is "skepticism in the Republican caucus [on RFK Jr.’s nomination], more than the press is reporting right now.” [Video]
He also aired an attack line that I'm sure we will hear throughout RFK, Jr.'s confirmation hearing, "I think if RFK follows through on his intentions, and I believe he will,

When it comes to antisemitism, it's usual to think of parts of the Middle East, Russia during the pogroms, or 1940s Germany. The word "antisemite" doesn't often conjure images of toques, poutine, and people registering their discontent with cries of "Tabernac!"
But that's what you should be thinking of because it seems now that the biggest hotbed of antisemitism in North America is... Montreal.
There is an old saying that when the United States sneezes, Canada catches a cold. Recent events in Canada, however, suggest that the US should immunize itself from a dangerously virulent virus that has swept across the nation — nowhere more so than in Montreal:

Now that Donald Trump is headed to the White House, he has to make a decision vital to the Republic's health. Over the last eight years, President Trump and his allies have been the subject of a non-stop stream of lawfare attacks designed to cripple him while he was president and later, after he peacefully turned over the reigns of power to the addled Joe Biden, to imprison him for what could have been the rest of his life. The campaign to jail him was clearly a conspiracy involving Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, New York Attorney General Letitia James, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg,

A quiet revolt is stirring in women’s sports: Female athletes are saying “enough” and refusing to play unfair match-ups against biologically male opponents.
This season, woman volleyballers at the University of Wyoming, Utah State, the University of Nevada, Reno and Southern Utah have forfeited games against San Jose State instead of playing against a reportedly transgender athlete on the Spartans, Blaire Fleming.
The Boise State squad not only forfeited twice during the regular season, it made the painful decision to sit out the Mountain West Conference semifinals game against the Spartans.
With coaches being fired for spelling out the issues here, the team’s statement still made it obvious:

Biden told reporters on Thursday that he hopes President-elect Donald Trump “rethinks” his Day 1 proposal to impose tariffs on Mexico and Canada, calling it a “counterproductive thing to do.”
Biden said that Trump’s proposed 25% tariff on goods from Mexico and Canada would harm relations between the United States and Mexico and Canada, telling reporters on Thanksgiving: “We have an unusual situation in America. We’re surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, and the two allies: Mexico and Canada. And the last thing we need to do is screw up those relationships. I think we’ve got them in a good place. I hope he rethinks it.

If there comes a day when MSNBC gets sold off, it will be a great gift to America to no longer have to suffer the hateful rants of Joy Reid.
An unhinged and bitter woman as well as a rabid anti-white racist, the left-wing host served up a bitter and divisive Thanksgiving message to Republicans: “Make your own dinner, MAGA,”
On the last edition of “The Reid Out” before the turkey and sweet potato pie would hit the table, the “race lady” doubled down on her earlier advice for aggrieved leftists sore over President-elect Donald J. Trump’s wipeout of Kamala Harris to snub conservative family for the holidays.
