If you are paying $3 for a pound of butter, you're getting a good deal! It's higher than that here in Texas, fer sher!

Surprised? Does he not talk to his wife? Oh, I forget, she probably does not do any shopping either.
Those types live in a bubble that others who work foir them create. Typical liberals.

This is what happens when government spends like a drunken sailor, regulates everything under the sun to the hilt, and demonizes and curtail the energy industry. The cost of energy and in particular fuel for the transportation of the products affects everything.

Presume they both make 7 figure salaries, and don't have a clue how expensive things have gotten in the past couple of years under Biden/Harris and the Democrats.

For those two, the butter would have a good use.

Probably not anywhere near as "Shocked, shocked I tell you!" when they found the dead intern in his office.

Only NOW do they GET IT???
Or are they just trying to save their skins from being on the wrong side of history.
Sorry Joe & Mika. We DO know how much things cost and we will long remember what losers like the two of you said before you got wiped out during this election. There is no way you can make up for it.

When inflation took off like a rocket to the moon I was walking through a supermarket. A young guy was holding a cell phone and pointing it at a packet of bacon and talking through his phone to someone and saying "Unbelievable" and other comments I can't use. The ruling elite have no idea about the problems of the peons. And they think they lost because of a bunch of isms. A senator from one of the east coast merde holes said the voters were just too stupid to understand all the wonderful things the dims have done for us. I can't think of even one.

Gee. I guess Joe and Mika's maid was off and they had to go to the grocery store.
I would have thought they couldn't find a grocery store without a guide dog, GPS and a map.

These two limousine liberals couldn’t care less about the price of butter. Does anyone truly believe they grocery shop and food prices affect them? They look down on the middle class. What is of concern to the regular Americans is of no consequence to these two arrogant jerks

This mouthy moron who goes on and on about leftist propaganda doesn't even know what butter costs.
I bake and buy it regularly and it has gotten a lot more expensive.

When I got married and left home in 1981 Mrs C and I could get paper bags full of groceries for an average of $10 to $15 each, and that seemed high. Yesterday I spent almost $60 on two tiny plastic bags full. When the kids were growing up we spent over $200 per payday and I agonized over that. I cant even imagine what it might be now.
It all comes from the money being intentionally devalued.

I get my butter at Costco. $14.99 for 4lbs. However, it does require a membership to purchase it for that price.

He guessed it was three bucks a pound and was corrected to seven dollars a pound which resulted in his wrapped in gold comment.

Joe likely has no clue about the price of Gold either...
The price of Au did go down a bit, as I expected, when Trump was electe. but it is still priced high enough that I might think it was wrapped with butter.

Check out some of these average prices. Pretty obvious things were much better when President Trump was in office.

Butter is normally at least $4.99 but a few times a year my store has it for 2.99, I stock up so don't ever have to pay $5. Butter keeps ok for a while. Bacon is sometimes $4.99/pound but most of the time when its on sale its the smaller 12oz pkg so I wait for the pound package and freeze them. Normal prices are $6-7. Same sort of thing for cheese, buy it on the right week and you on't have to pay the worst of it.

The SS COLA was 2.5%. That did not include any grocery price increases over the last year. I don't know what planet they are living on, but groceries skyrocketed over the last year. It's like they don't think people on SS need to eat!
