Harris would be as much a figurehead as
Biden — and we’d be ruled by the swamp

We’re seeing a lot of fuss and bother over the 2024 presidential election.
But do we even need a president?
I ask because we don’t have one now. And we haven’t had one for all practical purposes for something between a few months and three years.
Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald recently tweeted, “The US has no functional president and has not had one for months, and it’s barely noticeable and barely matters because there’s a permanent unelected machine that runs the government.”
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ken.) replied, “Where’s the lie?” Elon Musk commented, “Bingo.”
Joe Biden may be capable of lobbing insults at half the country, but he certainly isn’t running things.

Elect Harris and the country will end up with Barry's 4th term. No thanks.

Spot on article. Biden NEVER has been very bright. He knows how to make deals and sell his vote and his country for personal power and enrichment. But now he is mentally incapable of keeping his games together. Like many senile people, he can't stop himself from blurting out things better left unsaid. He was always a fabulist, with his Corn Pop stories. But personal stories are almost impossible to prove or disprove and as a Senator, no one really cared that he was a blowhard.
But, as stated, Biden is incapable as functioning as a true leader. This has worked because the bureaucracy functions much as the dem party would want it to. And, the propaganda media refuses to question any of it.
The incredible angst against Trump is because he threatens the dem party, the bureaucracy, and the media. He wants the government to work as Constitutionally designed. In a sense, Trump, for being pursued as a lawless President, is one of the most fundamentally law and order Presidents we have ever had. Maybe, this shouldn't be a surprise. As a businessman, especially in real estate, you have to KNOW the law and navigate within it to safely push its boundaries. Trump is in court for his business dealings all the time and he usually wins. If he loses, it's financial penalties only due to laws that are not written clearly and a judge that decides differently than Trump's actions (which happens all the time), NOT criminal violations. He want the same thing for the Presidency and the government at large.
Trump has destroyed the media, or more accurately, pushed them to destroy themselves. The dem party is a largely incompetent and fragile coalition of conflicting interests that is about to shatter after Trump wins. What's left?
The bureaucracy. It turns out that the President is THE Chief Executive and the Commander in Chief. The one and only. The SCOTUS has recently underlined and highlighted that reality. So, all the underhanded actions by the various components of the Executive and Military are subject to Trump's oversight and, if he choses, his choice to remove problem players. In fact, even if it is his whim to remove someone, Constitutionally, he is empowered to do so.
Yes, he has to work within the law. He can't eliminate the agencies that have been legally created or their legal purpose. However, he can completely replace the administrators that run it with people who follow his philosophy of governing. This is what has the "official" government transition team office terrified. Trump won't work with them. He is not required to. They are swamp critters focused on the "continuity" of their Leftist shadow government and planning to undermine Trump at all turns. Trump is planning to flush it all out with a fire hose. The swamp will be the last pillar to fall. It will be a mess and there will be a lot of legal challenges but it will all end up in the SCOTUS and, based on Trump's past successful navigation of legal waters, he will mostly triumph, especially due the Constitutional deference to Presidential authority.
Compared to the weak Presidents of the last many decades, Trump will seem like a tyrant as he exercises his Constitution powers. The outcome will be the establishment of a government based on Republican principles and a great benefit to the American People. There will a great cry by the people and groups who have been feeding off the government teat for many years but for the rest of us, this could be the dawn of a new era of American greatness and leadership.
Success will be a great teacher of the world as well and we will see a realignment of focus and effort based on the sweeping out of insanity like conversion to EVs, and unreliable power sources for one thing and tolerance for terror states like Iran. The UN might be restructured or removed. The list could be endless.

I have my own idea about who has been running the country, I know it wasn't Joe Biden.
I suspect Obama, Valjar, Soros with Pelosi and Schumer's hand in the pot.
Whoever it is we don't need them any longer.
We need a real President, and we need those who usurped Biden's power -------------GONE.

We’re already in a dictatorship with only a figurehead as a president, with "elections" giving us only an illusion of choice. But we’ll know on Tuesday or whenever the Democrats who’ve ably demonstrated their hatred of America concoct the required vote count. MAGA

This election is not about issues, not about conservatives vs. liberals or even republicans against democrats. This election is about Americans against globalists. Harris, like Biden, is nothing more than a mouthpiece.
