WASHINGTON — Vice President Kamala Harris angrily dodged questions on border policy, Iran and President Biden’s fitness for office in an contentious interview with Fox News host Bret Baier — as more polls showed her losing the initiative in the race for the White House. The 26-minute interview with the Democratic nominee kicked off with a tense grilling by Baier on immigration policy — with Harris repeatedly refusing to say that terminating former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy was a mistake. Baier’s first question schooled Harris about the effects of the current administration’s more permissive policies, which allow many illegal border-crossers to await asylum rulings inside the US, before asking

Like Kamala so clearly stated: you have to take responsibility for what happened when you were in office. She wants to accept responsibility for nothing when she was clearly the one responsible and in power. Leaders take responsibility for their actions, good and bad.

So much for Baier being a Harris stooge. He knew he'd have to interrupt her filibustering to get anything useful from this encounter. If he let her, she would have spewed talking points the entire time. She is not used to being pressed, and it showed. Baier also knew that she'd try to spin any reference to her past positions and comments before he even finished asking about them. So he did something smart: he said, let's go to the tape. What could she say--how dare you play that clip of me? So instead of her talking over him before he even finished the question, she was forced to sit there and listen to herself. "I will follow the law." What the heck does that even mean?

Earlier this week I expressed a concern about Bret Baier tossing some slow-pitch softball questions. I think we can all agree that he showed up well prepared, businesslike, and exposed this pretender for the phony she is. Bret designed a preview of what her presidency would be--when things get hot, her handlers throw in the towel after just 26 minutes of being embarrassed. As Harry Truman remarked: "If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen". But then, Harry Truman would not find a home in today's democrat party.

Even her "I will follow the law" response was a lie. She and Joe broke numerous laws during their sham presidency so why would she change now? She was scared and that led to her anger. Her debates and interviews have all been career-ending displays of stupidity. This one might have hit the heart.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bret. Guess he figured he had to try and salvage whatever reputation journalism has any more and when Trump returns to the White House - will want to be invited for interviews. As for Kamala, has she no self-awareness? (rhetorical question). She is a prime example of an attractive (not to me but I'm not Willie, Montel, Barack, etc) who has "succeeded' in her career because of her looks, playing up to men like Willie, et al., and never being told you're wrong or being corrected. And knowing she has people around/behind her protecting her (for whatever reason - their own reputations?). Anyway, she's been told for decades and probably since a child, that she is special, blah blah blah. I'm sure Xi and Putin et al were watching and licking their lips at a Harris Presidency.

Never in my life, and most likely never in the history of our Republic, has a more unqualified person run for the office of President. She is an absolute empty head, a complete phony. She knows nothing but how to gaslight. She was obviously well coached in the art of deflection and pivoting because that's all she did in this interview, not to mention she sounded like a child constantly blaming Trump for all of her (and the vegetable's) mistakes. This was painful to watch, she is a total joke.

She didn't have the questions handed to her three days ago, so no one could give her any answers to regurgitate. She's been given the answers her WHOLE LIFE. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued a north Dallas doctor Thursday accusing her of providing harmful gender transition treatments to nearly two dozen minors in violation of Texas state law. AG Paxton filed suit against Dr. May Chi Lau who he claims provided hormone replacement therapy to 21 minors between October 2023 and August for the purpose of transitioning genders. Dr. May Lau, M.D. serves as the Medical Director of the Adolescent and Young Adult clinic at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Texas state law that passed in September 2023 clearly prohibits “gender transition” medical interventions such as surgeries, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for minors.

During an interview with Fox News Wednesday night, her first ever on the network and one of the few since becoming the Democratic nominee for president, Vice President Kamala Harris claimed she took on the Guadalajara Cartel during her time as a prosecutor in California. (X Video) There's just one major problem. By the time Harris became a prosecutor in the 1990s, the Guadalajara Cartel had already been disbanded. In the 1980s a criminal group rooted in the state of Sinaloa evolved into the first large-scale drug trafficking organization and became the precursor of most of Mexico’s current major criminal organizations.

On Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris took part in her first formal sit-down interview with Fox News as she spoke to Bret Baier. Immigration came up as a topic, particularly in the context of Americans who were allegedly murdered by illegal immigrants. Unfortunately, Harris didn't answer as to if she owed the families an apology, and mostly kept pivoting back to criticizing former and potentially future President Donald Trump during the interview. Patty Morin, the mother of one of those victims, Rachel Morin, was asked to respond to that interview during her appearance on "Fox & Friends" on Thursday morning.

So far there have been 31 reports of flame jetting and fire escaping the combustible containers, resulting in the injuries that continue to mount. Seven models of Colsen-branded fire pits - varying in size from five to 18 inches - were named in the recall, after two incidents resulted in third-degree burns. The fleet of pits had amounted to the company's entire catalog.

You knew news organizations would be making calls to professional lip readers after Joe Biden and Barack Obama were caught having a frank discussion at the funeral for Ethel Kennedy this week. The late Mrs. Kennedy passed away on October 10 at 96. Her funeral was another event where politicians, friends, and family would gather, and like most scared Democrats, some discussed the 2024 race. With death organs blasting in the background, Obama and Biden seemed beyond dispirited about the Kamala Harris operation, with the former president bluntly saying that Biden’s gal simply isn’t strong enough to win this election (via NY Post):
