A Georgia judge ruled that county election board members cannot block the certification of votes based on suspicions of fraud just weeks before the 2024 presidential election.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas Cox ruled on Wednesday that seven new election rules recently passed by the State Election Board are “illegal, unconstitutional, and void.” The measures had been a controversial subject between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris's surrogates in the battleground state.
The rules, passed last month in a 3-2 vote by the Republican majority on the elections board, had received much attention.

Now we'll see just what kind of person Kemp is. I know what Gov. DeSantis would do.

The Constitution is clear. State election boards run state elections. The judiciary has no say. If the voters want change, that change has to be voted into law.

Allow me to translate: The democrats are hell bent on stealing Georgia again in the November election and they're using liberal judges to assist them.

So if you suspect fraud before the election there isn't a damn thing you can do, however the same applies after the election.

I can see them slowly sliding their pieces into place…setting up the steal. As always, just before the election, when time is short.

Since when can one tiny judge decide what laws are null and void.
I suppose under Biden it's ok.

Poster #1 has it right. The Constitution requires that state legislatures set the election rules - - not the judiciary.
Where are RINO Kemp - - and the linguini-spined Pubbie legislators? Will this wake them up - - or are they too comfy in the deep weeds?

If you didn't know, this judge is an elected position so he can benefit by his decision.

Is this a new thing that Judges seem to pop up making or changing law or policy willy nilly? People seem to accept that this is the way things are done. Judges are one occupation or position that is far over rated. or over inflated, usually with flatus. Don’t light a match around one of them.

It should be easy to find fraudulent ballots. Once found, it is no longer suspicion of voter fraud, it IS voter fraud. Certification denied!

These activist Judges should be required by law to provide in GREAT DETAIL exactly HOW they came to their conclusions, citing Sources, References, and Precedents, all as it relates to existing Federal and State Election Laws.

If my High School Class in History was teaching the truth about the Constitution it said something about the fact that "Citizens have the right to vote". Not everybody that wanders into our country. This is a deliberate attempt to undermine our democracy and encourage mob rule. That judge should be defrocked or whatever they do to people like him.

I'm not sure how I should read this result...is it a good thing for President Trump...or not....and what can Kemp do about it....Georgia seems to have a problem with following the law...just look at fanny's entitlement attitude....she hires her lover...pays him with taxpayer's money and sends him to the White House DOJ to get instructions on how to bring down President Trump..and takes him on expensive trips....she needs to fix the jails in Georgia...
