Opinion: Does Harris' Fox interview mean
she's a conservative? Nope. She's just scared.

Vice President Kamala Harris is adding to her recent “media blitz” that until now has included stops at mostly friendly news outlets, talk shows and podcasts (which the Democratic presidential nominee has still inexplicably managed to bomb).
Yet, this week, she’s shaking things up and doing her first ever sit-down interview with Fox News. The interview will take place Wednesday with Fox News anchor Bret Baier. Baier has said that he won't treat Harris with kid gloves during their conversation, and that any editing of the interview will only be for “timing” and that “no topic is off the table.” Sounds promising.

Does anyone really expect Bret Baier to take her to task or ask challenging follow ups?

Bret Baier was one of the "moderators" of the first debate of republican primary candidates. All three of them made every effort to take Trump out of the race. That is the night we stopped watching Fox News.
Be assured, she is going to a friendly media interview.

Brett should ask harris if she grew up in a middle-class family. will be the only question harris can answer!

I remember Bloated Baier on 2020 election night, casually, and without questioning, mentioning something to the effect that the ballot counting in Philadelphia will stop and they will "pick it up again at around 4:00". He cemented his bias there and then.

Bret used to do hard hitting interviews. Then Special Report went nevertrump. Let's see if he can ressurect a serious interview again.

Bret Baier can ask all the questions he wants to but it doesn't change the fact that Kamala Harris did not primary. Can you imagine if Republicans did something like that? Democrats would be having fits but because they ousted Joe Biden, it is okay. So my comment to Bret Baier is: this interview means nothing when the fact stands that Kamala Harris never primaried. . .

Baier is a NeverTrumper, but might give her a bad time just for his reputation's sake.
I expect mostly softballs, with a few good questions sprinkled in.

Any ear ring buds allowed? Was she given the questions before hand?

Makes me laugh.
USA today thinks Fox News has anything to do with being conservative.

It doesn't matter what questions Baier asks, Harris won't answer them and Baier won't follow up on her non answers.

I hope that there’s a lot of pressure on Baier to ask tough questions, but even if they are only moderately tough, I would love for them to be enough to make Commie-La leave in a huff halfway through. She has shown before that, when things get uncomfortable, she simply bolts.

I remember that too #4 and it lead to me not watching Fox daily like I used to. The final nail in their rotting coffin was when they fired Carlson. I won't bother watching Harris' prerecorded question and non-answer session. Like her 60 Minutes trainwreck I'll get the gist here and my other sources on the internets.

I'm sure "middle class kid....." will come up again. It's part of a memorized speech she gives no matter the question. If she forgoes that phrase she won't remember the speech she wants to give. I expect very little from this interview but won't be watching. I used to watch Bret regularly years ago but no more.

This will be a cream puff interview. The only reason the party is putting her out there is because they are behind and worried. After this event she can say she went on Fox, and everyone knows Fox is not conservative as the left claim.

Harris Faulk era is a conservative. She is a military brat, daughter of a Vietnam vet, and she is great!

Depends upon who interviews Harris. A few of their commentators have made hard lefts.

What, a non-fawning, at least slightly critical column coming out of USA Today? Looks like Ingrid forgot to gargle with her QueMALA Sutra Kool-Aid today. If QueMALA hasn't gotten the questions ahead of time, I'm expecting a train wreck.
