Avid outdoorsmen are slamming a new political coalition formed by the Harris-Walz campaign aimed at winning their vote in the 2024 presidential election. (snip) critics mocked videos shared from the hunt, which showed Walz and allies from nonprofit group Pheasants Forever traipsing around a field with no shotguns in sight. “Tim Walz pretends to go pheasant hunting with no guns,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzalez wrote on X. I don't hunt but I do shoot and collect. Out at my local public range its common to see people with all different levels of experience, but the one common factor is that they enjoy shooting. When a politician handles a gun they almost always appear to not enjoy it. Maybe because most have never done it.

Tim couldn't load his gun - - because there was a chunk of tampon in the breech face. Tim - - you've got to do a better job handling those tampons.

This on a par with Dukakis shown in the tank. Ridiculous effort to appear as a manly man. Both backfired.

We have heard stories about Trump supporters being jeered, feared and ousted. But I'll take my chance wearing a dirty old and frayed MAGA cap than I will ever do with one of those fairytale "camo caps" fronting a big lie about Madam Chameleon.

It’s obvious the man has no mechanical aptitude. When I bought a Russian SKS years ago, it took me a little time to get familiar with the workings and then was able to handle it without any problems. A shotgun is a lot more simple than a military-grade semiautomatic rifle. Walz is just a real klutz.

Moviegoers across the country have fired The Apprentice. The controversial Trump biopic — which portrays the young Donald Trump as a rapist — is set to gross around $1.5 million on its opening weekend. That’s an embarrassingly low figure given the movie received a wide release on 1,740 screens, for a per-screen average of about $862. Since most screens feature multiple showings a day, that means from late Thursday to Sunday, there was an average of around five people per showing — in other words, mostly empty theaters.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday announced a lawsuit against South Bend, Indiana. In their court filing, the DOJ accused the South Bend Police Department of creating a physical fitness test that discriminates against female candidates and a written test that discriminates against African-American candidates, allegedly because both groups were passing at considerably lower rates than their male and white counterparts, respectively.

New Zealand’s navy has suffered its first peacetime ship loss since World War II when the $100 million multi-role support vessel HMNZS Manawanui ran aground off the southern coast of Upolu Island, Samoa, caught fire and eventually sank—triggering an environmental disaster in the process. With all 75 passengers and crew evacuated, the vessel’s loss brings fresh scrutiny to the leadership under its openly lesbian commanding officer, Commander Yvonne Gray. The Manawanui, originally built in Norway and repurposed for New Zealand’s Royal Navy with a substantial $103 million investment, was conducting a seabed survey mission when it hit a reef, according to maritime news outlet gCaptain.

California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom has continuously denied that the state’s policies have anything to do with sky-high gas prices the state's residents pay, arguing that it’s “Big Oil” driving up gasoline prices. But a new study shows policies have added as much as $1.91 per gallon to what Californians pay at the pump. According to AAA, Americans on Saturday were paying on average $3.177 a gallon for gasoline. Californians were paying $4.676 per gallon on average. The gap can vary. A year ago, the average national price was $3.814 per gallon, while Californians were paying $6.059 per gallon.

What may also mean nothing is that two citizen journalists are alleging that they’ve found young men speaking anonymously about the fact that Walz groomed them while they were under his aegis in high school.
