Desperate residents of Hurricane Helene-ravaged Western North Carolina are relying on home-grown rescue efforts instead of waiting for the Biden-Harris administration’s financially depleted FEMA to get its act together.
Not content to hold out hope for help some fear might not arrive in time, a handful of grassroots rescue operations have sprung up to render assistance by air, land and even on four legs. (Photo) With hundreds more missing in the remote, unforgiving terrain and communication services damaged or nonexistent, the search for survivors grows more dire with each passing hour.
Local airports like City of Statesville Regional Airport and Hickory Regional Airport have transformed themselves into donation drop-off and delivery zones,

There is absolutely nothing there. The skies should be buzzing with helicopters and people being airlifted out or food, meds, water being dropped in huge amounts. Oooops, I forgot, the illegals all got it along with $500 rooms, ethnically appropriate food, cell phones, and credit cards with $1,500 to spend, courtesy of the likes like NYC Mayor Adams. What the heck is it with the first moron and that camel cow. Nothing in it for them. Must be, or they would move their rear ends. How much of the Fema money that is now missing is in the bidet's private accounts? Americans help in foreign countries where disaster has struck, and help is immediate. I hope this is the final straw that gets this criminal gutter administration out of office yesterday.

FEMA has been non-existent. After all, they spent all of their funds on illegals. To hell with Americans is FEMA's motto. Way to go Mayorkas. Way to go.

Sounds like the state of NC (Dem governor) is dropping the ball, too. If I were the Lt Gov Robinson (Republican being written off as dead in the water, rightfully or wrongfully), I'd get every truck I could filled with water, cleaning and repair supplies, food/meals, generators with every truck with a Vote Robinson banner.
It's what people need, not the stupid stuff that RAT infested media whores care about.

This situation disqualifies FKH from becoming the first DEI POTUS. The mess she made of the border has overflowed into so many areas. Americans have been put at risk by this administration because of the coddling of the ILLEGAL ALIENS they allowed to invade. This is disgusting and so upsetting that they have turned their backs on the citizens of this country. America it is time to get totally pi**ed off with these people and let them understand that they will be kicked to the curb because they are totally undeserving. Time to get mad and time to let them see our anger. Shame, this is shameful. We have sent $ billions to the government. It is time to take care of our own. The pictures looks like scenes from WW2. I am so upset over this. And more than once I have let some tears fall for these people. The fear and sadness must be overwhelming. I did donate to a worthwhile organization. Dear Lord, please send us some help. We need it.

Gee, I wonder if they think they can stop North Carolina from voting in November if they keep it trashed like this? Hmmm........

Comrade Kamala has worn the same pearl earrings at the debate, in GA, for interviews.
Unless she has only one pair of earrings, (which I doubt)...it is obvious these earrings are sending a radio signal to Kamala. Let's get a scanner to find out frequency she is using and monitor this signal.

I heard that volunteers who did not use the"preferred vendors list" are being refused entry with their emergency food, water and supplies!!! (we can all guess how those vendors got on that list)
Congress needs to gut FEMA, and remind them that they are not allowed to make laws.

The funding for FEMA was ILLEGALLY taken from their budget and moved to pay for Illegals. That is clearly a FELONY. NO MONEY allocated by bills from Congress can be redirected by anyone. It is called Anti Deficiency.
The Anti-Deficiency Act (ADA) is a federal law that prohibits government agencies from obligating funds unless both the amount and purpose of such spending have been approved by Congress in the form of enacted law.

Naturally. Joey, Kammie and McJackarse only care about illegals, not actual USA citizens.

Does that surprise you in the U.S. today. Look at Maui, the Train Derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, The trailers that they sent to Louisiana that sat there unused, etc. The federal government has always been a disappointment when it comes to disaster relief, actually everything the government has been involve in.

Those unfortunate people that have been affected by the hurricane might want to pose as illegals and they they could get some money to survive.

People in my north Georgia county are falling all over themselves with donations and truck and trailer loads of supplies being delivered to WNC. My neighbor is loading up his truck and trailer right now for a trip and our local social media pages are filled with offers to donate and/or volunteer. I just hope they're able to get supplies to the people who need them. My heart aches for the storm victims, but it's also warmed to see how we Americans rally to take care of our own.

Hearing ground reports they have already used 500 body bags. Final number may be 2000+.
FEMA is hiding the number until after the election.
