Vice President Kamala Harris declined to say Sunday whether Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a reliable ally, in a clip released by CBS News’ 60 Minutes.
Harris was presented with a series of controversial (but effective) wartime decisions made by Netanyahu against the express public demands of the Biden administration, then asked whether the U.S. still has any “sway” over Netanyahu. Harris was not clear in her reply, calling diplomatic relations with Israel an “ongoing pursuit.” (X Video) “Do we have a real close ally in Prime Minister Netanyahu?” the interviewer persisted.

What were they thinking?
Who thought this would be a good idea?
Last Tuesday, radical far-left Governor Tim Walz suffered a very public spanking by Senator J.D. Vance in the vice presidential debate on CBS. Even with the far-left moderators on his side, Walz fell flat on his face and looked like a deer in the headlights most of the night. (Photo) As an encore, the Democrat Party thought it would be a good idea to book Tim Walz on FOX News Sunday with host attorney Shannon Bream.
Big mistake!

Democratic vice presidential hopeful Tim Walz fessed up to making numerous false statements, but implied that voters aren’t too concerned about his “misspeaking.”
When confronted about his various fibs ranging from being in Hong Kong during the Tiananmen Square massacre to his wife’s reproductive assistance and more, Walz argued that sometimes he gets tripped up by his passion.
“I think they heard me the other night speaking passionately about gun violence and misspeaking,” Walz told “Fox News Sunday,” alluding to how he flubbed an answer during the VP debate and sputtered out the unfortunate turn-of-phrase, “I’ve become friends with school shooters.”

As Townhall has been covering, the Biden-Harris administration's response to Hurricane Helene has been just awful. Unsurprisingly, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has offered poor defenses, including when it comes to FEMA's shameful failures. According to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the agency is out of money for hurricane season, though illegal immigrants have received assistance, and the agency has been focused on "equity."

Vice President Kamala Harris is still vouching for President Joe Biden's mental and physical stamina, even as he continues showing signs of his age.
Biden continues to limit his number of public events with scheduled calls and meetings between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
'Of course,' Harris spokesperson Ian Same replied, when asked by Axios if Harris had full confidence in the president's mental fitness.
The president's lighter schedule appears to be an effort to keep him and embarrassing headlines out of the spotlight as Harris runs for president.
Last week, Biden said he was talking with the Israelis about possible strikes on Iranian oil facilities last week,

Conservative journalist and political commentator Jack Posobiec revealed that former President Donald Trump had been “adamant” about standing in “the same exact spot” he had been in during his first rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
In an interview with Daily Wire reporter Mary Margaret Olohan, Posobiec explained that he had been “privy” to some of the planning for Trump’s return rally in Butler, after facing an assassination attempt at his first rally on July 13.Posobiec explained that “despite everything” the Secret Service, security, and Trump’s advance team told him, Trump insisted that he stand where he stood at his first rally in Butler. A protester who works in the media lit himself on fire outside of the White House during an anti-Israel protest on Saturday evening, disturbing video shows.
The man, identified as photojournalist Samuel Mena Jr, can be seen screaming in pain after he set his left arm ablaze in the middle of the street as shocked police officers and bystanders rush over to help, according to one clip.
Mena holds his left arm — engulfed in flames — high in the air to show others as several people quickly douse him with water and beat out the flames with pieces of clothing.

The city is bracing for widespread anti-Israel protests planned for the one-year anniversary of the Oct. 7 Hamas attack.
Protests are already expected on Saturday, in the lead up to the anniversary of the devastating terror attack, with events organized for Times Square, outside Google’s Manhattan headquarters and at Court Square Park in Queens.
Many anti-Israel groups are planning demonstrations for Monday, in particular, the National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), which is orchestrating a nationwide “Week of Rage” on college campuses beginning on Oct. 7.
Meanwhile, one of the most outspoken anti-Israel organizations “Within Our Lifetime” (WOL) called on protestors to “flood New York City for Palestine” to mark the anniversary

Former President Donald Trump rallied his supporters on Saturday in Butler, Pennsylvania, the site of an assassination attempt on his life.
Trump, speaking about his public service, suggested he is honored to run for president once again to protect the nation from the Biden-Harris administration. Under its leadership, costs increased by about 20 percent across the board, Russia invaded Ukraine, Hamas and Iran attacked Israel, the illegal migrants invaded the southern border, and the nation suffered the deadly Afghan withdrawal.

The massive crowd for Trump’s return to Butler, Pennsylvania this weekend may be a sign of something bigger. The Keystone State has moved significantly to the right over the last four years.
The combination of economic hardship brought on by the Biden/Harris administration and the hard work of conservative activists like Scott Presler has flipped a majority of Pennsylvania counties to Republican.

A Major Red Wave Is Coming to Pennsylvania
A significant red wave is looking to hit the historically blue state of Pennsylvania as more and more voters shift to identify as Republican.

One of the things that Elon Musk just warned about at former President Donald Trump's rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, was the danger that the Democrats posed to free speech and how important it was to vote for Trump to preserve our Constitutional rights. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton let the cat out of the bag during an interview with CNN on Saturday, where she spoke about the need to control social media. She said it should be "at the top" of every legislative agenda: (X Video)
