Media titan Barry Diller wants to see former President Donald Trump “pushed into the dust heap of history” come November, claiming a Kamala Harris presidency would be “extraordinarily healthy” for America.
Speaking at a recent business summit in West Hollywood, Diller — the mogul who runs the left-wing Daily Beast, among many other media properties — glossed over the many failures of the Biden-Harris administration, including record consumer prices, an unprecedented tidal wave of illegal immigrants, and the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
None of that appears to matter to Diller. What does matter is getting rid of Trump.

The revelation that Iran tried to leak Trump campaign materials to the Biden campaign has left little doubt who the Islamic Republic wants to see win — or, more to the point, lose — America’s looming presidential election.
But they aren’t the only foreign government picking sides.
Brazil’s president is “sympathetic” to Vice President Kamala Harris and European leaders have also signaled their preference for Ms. Harris. The German foreign ministry, for example, has been quite aggressive in deriding former President Donald Trump. Mr. Trump, meanwhile, has Hungarian President Viktor Orban firmly in his corner.
Then there’s Russian President Vladimir Putin

Of all the things that Kamala Harris is unfit to do, of all the duties she should never be entrusted with, commander-in-chief of the American armed forces and the national intelligence apparatus has to be at the top of the list. That is not, however, preventing over 700 "national security officials" from endorsing her in her POTUS run. That's an endorsement that is almost as chilling as her endorsement by the tax collectors union.
This endorsement from "national security officials" reads like it was written on Opposite Day:
More than 700 high-ranking national security officials have endorsed Democratic candidate Vice President Harris

Israelis woke up Sunday to air raid sirens across the northern portion of the country as Hezbollah fired scores of rockets, causing damage and fires in open areas, but not causing any serious injuries, thanks to Israel’s defenses. On Saturday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched waves of airstrikes against Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon, hitting 400 targets, including rocket launchers that the Iranian-backed terror group was about to activate.
In a statement, the IDF said early Sunday morning:
Since the afternoon, with the direction of the IDF Intelligence Directorate, the IAF struck approximately 290 targets

Federal agents seized materials from the home of new NYPD interim commissioner Tom Donlon on Friday, less than two weeks after New York City's previous police commissioner resigned.
Donlon confirmed Saturday night that the FBI searched his Upper East Side home a day earlier. Two sources familiar with the investigation told NBC New York that materials had been seized as part of the search.
News 4 was told that the search appeared to be in relation to Donlon's past work in national security, pre-dating his recent appointment atop the NYPD. One source said federal investigators were looking into whether he improperly stored any classified documents or sensitive materials

It's a heck of a thing, to be in a line of endeavor that may not only place one's self in danger but also one's family. That is, nonetheless, the position former (and, we can hope, future) President Donald Trump finds himself in today. In an interview airing Saturday evening, Fox News host Brian Kilmeade spoke with the former President, who, in the wake of two assassination attempts, is worried about his family.
Fox News host Brian Kilmeade’s brand-new interview with former President Donald Trump will be appearing exclusively on "One Nation," Saturday night. In the interview, Trump candidly responded to whether he worries about the safety of his family:

One of the things that is most challenging for Kamala Harris is how to paint herself as a "change agent," when she's part of the Biden-Harris administration. Most Americans find that the administration has been a failure, and don't want four more years of it. So, what does she do when she is the effective incumbent?
Harris and her running mate Tim Walz are bizarrely trying to paint former President Donald Trump as the incumbent, and themselves as the "new way forward." It's basically trying to turn reality on its head. She can't afford to be clear about their own radical policies;

Democrats are losing their advantage over Republicans regarding requests for mail-in voting in the 2024 presidential election, according to recent data.
A chart created by Eric Daugherty, the assistant news director with Florida’s Voice, showed that in Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, Democrats were experiencing a downward trend in the number of requests for mail-in ballots compared to the same time in 2020.
Daugherty’s chart cited Michael Pruser, a writer with DecisionDeskHQ, and John Couvillon, the founder of JMC Analytics and Polling, as sources.

Democrat presidential appointee nominee Kamala Harris went on the campaign trail to Madison, Wisconsin, Friday night and took the stage at the Alliant Energy Center, and if you went there looking for endless giggling, gaslighting, and more "Kammy From the Block" accents, you weren’t disappointed.
Try not to wince as you hear the vice president try to prove she is a woman of the streets: I remember when former MSNBC pundit Chris Matthews “felt this thrill going up” his leg when listening to Obama in 2017. Well I felt a sharp pain in my stomach when I listened to this total inauthenticity from Kamala Harris.
The pain only intensified when I

CNN commentator and New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman said Friday on CNN’s “The Source” that former President Donald Trump was “on edge” after two assassination attempts.
On Wednesday, while speaking at a rally in New York, Trump said, “I thought this was a wise guy coming up. This guy, I’m getting ready. You know, I’ve got a little bit of a yip problem here. Right? That was amazing. I was all ready to start duking it out.”
Guest host Boris Sanchez said, “He describes it as a ip moment. He seems to flinch when he, out of the corner of his eye, sees some movement and

The three largest American asset managers’ interest in pushing environment, social, and governance (ESG) policies has plummeted, according to a Thursday report.
BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard’s support for environmental shareholders proposals dropped significantly. State Street said it supported only six percent of environmental shareholder proposals in the first half of the year and only seven percent of social ones, which is a drop compared to 2023.
Vanguard said in August it did not back those resolutions, and BlackRock said it voted for four percent of the ESG proposals

Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are running neck and neck in typically blue Virginia, according to a poll.
The University of Washington’s Center for Leadership and Media Studies poll, published Friday, shows the candidates are tied two in a two-way race among registered voters, while Harris has razor-thin edge with likely voters. Each garners 45 percent of the 850 registered voter respondents’ support in a head-to-head matchup. Three percent prefer someone else, and four percent are undecided. Two percent would not vote, and one percent refused to answer.
Harris leads Trump narrowly, 48 percent to 46 percent, among the 756 likely voters sampled.
