I wrote earlier about Joe Biden's cluelessness when it comes to what's going on with Gaza, Hamas, and making deals with terrorists. Biden keeps leaning on Israel, and that keeps emboldening Hamas. Hamas is now demanding even more to make a deal and even threatening the hostages. That's what bending over and being weak like Biden gets you. But I guess the Harris-Walz team didn't want Biden to have a corner on stupid. They doubled down on the bad takes with what Tim Walz said to WCMU on Thursday. WCMU Public Radio covers Central and Northern Michigan. No wonder there's a reluctance to let him talk. It was awful.

This is a question I've pondered about in the case of New York's Acting Judge Juan Merchan. He is the judge presiding over the bookkeeping and non-disclosure agreement case of Donald Trump. Ironically—and illegally—Judge Merchan and the people at the oxymoronically-named Ethics Commission for the New York State Unified Court System have been hiding the judge's records and disclosures since 2018. America First Legal is suing both Merchan and ethics overseers for illegally hiding the judge's disclosures for the past seven years.

This week, the Harris campaign finally agreed to the debate rules after weeks of desperately trying to get them changed so they can be more favorable for her. Things haven't exactly been going well for her on this issue. As we've previously reported, Kamala's debate prep hasn't been going great, and things really went sideways for her when the campaign was forced to accept the debate rules.
You certainly know already that the key issue was whether there would be live microphones throughout the debate.
President Donald Trump was scheduled to be sentenced by New York Judge Juan Merchan on September 18, 2024, less than two months before the presidential election, after being charged with dozens of crimes by leftist District Attorney Alvin Bragg and found guilty by a jury in the heavily Democratic city earlier this year.
Merchan announced Friday he is delaying Trump's sentencing in the case until after the election and has set a new date of November 26, just two days before Thanksgiving. [Tweet]

An Alabama man entered a Florida hospital for a procedure to remove his spleen. On Aug. 21, medical records provided to USA Today by Zarzaur Law show that "Dr. Thomas Shaknovsky performed a hand-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy procedure on William “Bill” Bryan, 70, from Muscle Shoals, Alabama."
Bryan's widow claims that Shaknovsky mistakenly removed his liver instead of his spleen.
“Dr. Shaknovsky removed Mr. Bryan’s liver and, in so doing, transected the major vasculature supplying the liver, causing immediate and catastrophic blood loss resulting in death,” the statement from the law firm said. “The surgeon proceeded with labeling the removed liver specimen as a 'spleen,' and it wasn’t until following the death

The project is titled "Lesser Evil." The FBI's Atlanta Field Office has released some new details about the alleged shooter responsible for killing four and injuring several others at Apalachee High School on Wednesday.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley on Friday said that Judge Juan Merchan’s decision to delay former President Donald Trump’s sentencing could be an effort to avoid boosting his campaign.
Merchan had scheduled Trump’s sentencing for Sept. 18, but on Friday, he postponed the date to Nov. 26 “if necessary,” according to his order. Turley, on “America Reports,” claimed that Merchan’s rulings against Trump during his case were advantageous to his reelection bid, suggesting that maintaining the September sentencing date would have further intensified support for the former president.
