When the extreme leftists cannot get their way by manipulating the legal system through Lawfare, they come unglued. The tribal leadership of Norm Eisen, Mary McCord, Andrew Weissmann and the larger Lawfare community have been waging an open media campaign against Florida Judge Aileen Cannon because in the Jack Smith documents case Judge Cannon is not giving them what they want. It’s somewhat personal to the Lawfare crew because from the outset it has appeared that Eisen, McCord and Weissmann write the briefs and motions that Jack Smith files with the court. If the Lawfare effort is being rejected, dismissed or diluted by Judge Cannon,

Circuit Courts of Appeal do not have justices, chief or otherwise. The article gets it right once and calls him the Chief Judge.

Dims are so corrupt. Similar to this, in the 1980s oil prices had collapsed and a dallas “oil man” was suing every lawyer in town and most of the judges. A federal district judge issued an order directing the court clerk not to file any more of his law suits.

More lawfare. Send enough complaints (and don't't think it stops here) until the complaints get infant of an Ob Bambi, Clinton or Biden judge. This is a different way to judge shop.

The regime's lawfare department consisting of Norm Eisen, Mary McCord, and Andrew Weissmann continue to pour fuel on the fire. Just think if they had gone ahead and allowed Trump to be re-elected in 2020, they would now be seeing light at the end of their lefty tunnel. But how empty their lives would be post-Trump.

Given the specific and manipulative nature of Mrs. Sheila Jackson-Lee in the stories of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Freddie Grey, Philando Castile, Walter Scott and eventually George Floyd, it is difficult to find resilient grace and appropriate words for prayer. Factually Ms. Sheila Jackson-Lee was/is one of the most divisive players of the racially toxic anger games in the past dozen years. Her commentary was consistently vitriolic, delivered from serpent tongue and devoid of honest review. That said, as the dark shadows move into receptive position, I am hopeful Ms Jackson-Lee will repent and provide her family peace during her transition.

We now know that the three extant JFK autopsy skull X-rays in the National Archives collection are forgeries, altered to mask evidence of two frontal headshots. The evidence for this proposition is thoroughly presented in a new book, The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy: The Final Analysis, which I have recently published with Dr. David W. Mantik, M.D., Ph.D. Armed with a Ph.D. in physics and a medical practice extending over five decades as a radiation oncologist, Dr. Mantik has seen the JFK autopsy skull X-rays more than anyone else. Using a densitometer, he measured the light coming through the X-rays millimeter-by-millimeter (with some measurements at a tenth-of-a-millimeter calibration).

Pope Francis apologized Tuesday after he was quoted using a vulgar and derogatory term about gay men to reaffirm the Catholic Church’s ban on gay priests. Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni issued a statement acknowledging the media storm that erupted about Francis’ comments, which were delivered behind closed doors to Italian bishops on May 20. Italian media on Monday had quoted unnamed Italian bishops in reporting that Francis jokingly used the term “faggotness” while speaking in Italian during the encounter. He had used the term in reaffirming the Vatican’s ban on allowing gay men to enter seminaries and be ordained priests.

On Monday, we honored the million men who died defending our great nation and protecting our God-given rights. Sadly, the current resident in the White House decided to honor instead a drug addict and armed robber who died in police custody. His staff perpetuated the lie that George Floyd was murdered by a policeman — a lie upheld by a kangaroo court in Minnesota. That’s the power of the Big Lie. The death of Morgan Spurlock showed why people in the media lie. They get away with it and it pays well.

WASHINGTON — Facing mounting political pressure over the migrant influx at the U.S. southern border, President Joe Biden on Tuesday signed an executive order that will temporarily shut down asylum requests once the average number of daily encounters tops 2,500 between official ports of entry, according to a senior administration official. The shutdown would go into effect immediately since that threshold has already been met, a senior administration official said. The border would reopen only once that number falls to 1,500. The president’s order would come under the Immigration and Nationality Act sections 212(f) and 215(a) suspending entry of noncitizens who cross the southern border into the United States unlawfully.

Biden insists that he is one of Israel's greatest friends, and at least in the days after October 7, Biden appeared to have determination to act like a friend. Yet, that is exactly what the Department of Justice did recently, and was rightly called out for it. Isabella DeLuca was indicted in a case involving the Jan. 6 riot.
