NEW YORK—Former President Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, as a jury of 12 unanimously returned their verdict on May 30 after less than two days of deliberation. With this result, President Trump becomes the first ever American president to be convicted of a crime.
As the verdicts were read, President Trump sat still, appearing stoic, and looked straight ahead.
President Trump’s attorney has previously vowed to appeal a conviction expeditiously.

They have ensured Trump will be voted the next President!
However, this is not yet the depth of their depravity. This is only the manufactured excuse to take those steps.
If any harm comes to Trump, this Administration is finished, along with all of their allies. They will be hunted down.

I will guess they state they had no other choice based on this judges jury instructions, which is why it likely was delayed nearly 1 week so the lawfare team could craft the language to ensure they had to convict.
And, I predict the more the Democrats use the term "convicted felon" they will help people look up why and what happened only to find that it was a sham trial.
Trump should state he know knows personally what it's like to have the justice system stacked against you and how many people have complained about the injustice for many years, particularly people of color.
Then, emphatically state, "I really understand your pain and concerns", and together we can elect people who will correct those fundamental problems.

There wasn't any law or credibility to E. Jean Carroll.
There was no crime and were no victims to the real estate valuation case.
Both ended in convictions.
Both were in NY.

In 8 hours of deliberation they managed to find him guilty of all of them? No, did not happen. I would still be trying to understand all the charges, much less discuss and reach a verdict that all 12 agreed on. This is sickening.

The rest of the country should shun New York and ALL of its residents. Don't do business with them. They allowed this to happen, by voting for Democrat and putting up with them. This will be overturned on appeal eventually. In the meantime, make New York pay.

Marchan has set a Harry Reid precedent. The likes of JRB, BHO, HRC, BillC, etc. could face their own time in the doc. I'm sure Hilliary's jump suit comes in a orange moo moo style. All it takes is a corrupt DA, a corrupt Judge, and Show Trial rules. America has become Venezuela. Thanks Juan.

It wasn't a "felony" and it wasn't a "trial." This will be overturned on Appeal and it should be urgently done so. If they think this will diminish the way America thinks of Donald Trump, they have once again grossly overstepped and completely underestimate the resolve of the American people. Democrats have just lost the Black vote.

This is indeed a dark day for the country but I think we all knew this was coming. However....my faith is on the One Who has ultimate control over everything. Since He has allowed this to happen I'm believing that this is part of a larger plan He has in mind in order to deliver us from this current madness. I firmly believe that President Trump will come out of this stronger and more popular than ever. I have had him in my prayers the last few weeks because I know prayer is effective. I've also been reciting Proverbs 3:5 and Romans 8:28 to myself and that's been helping me get through this. This evil will not stand.
The left has FAed and "seemingly" has won this round. Soon however they will FO in a very huge way.

This “trial”, “judge”, and “jury “ givves kangaroo courts a bad name. The judge essentially gagged every witness President Trump wanted to call and lied I’m his instructions to the jury!

A Trump administration won't have to make up fake to retaliate and show the dims the monster they just created. Appoint a special counsel to prosecute our present Commander in Chief for his blatant handling of classified documents he was not entitled to possess as Senator or Vice President. Prosecute the entire Biden family for treason in selling influence to foreign interests. The dirt that can be dug up on the Clintons and O'Bamas has already been unearthed by the few remaining courageous journalists we have. Dems are so incredibly stupid. They don't understand the old adage about being careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

#24...The sentencing is scheduled for July 11th...4 days before the Republican Convention. All the judge has to do is sentence him to two weeks and "mission accomplished."
I was so hoping for one honorable juror. Then again we don't know the threats or bribes they to which they were subjected. What are the odds of every member of a jury "committing suicide?"

Unfortunately, it’s asymmetric warfare, #27. Two wrongs don’t make a right: either we believe in our country’s principles and the law or we don’t. I am appalled but we’d be no better if we employed their illegal, immoral tactics. Unfortunately, and sadly, that’s probably what they’re counting on.

Somewhere in Hell, the shades of Stalin and Beria are smiling!
“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
