They’re stealing Trump’s business and fortune.
Judge Engoron on Thursday denied Trump’s request to delay enforcement of the $355 million in penalties as New York Attorney General Letitia James threatens to seize Trump’s buildings.
Engoron last Friday ordered Trump to pay more than a $355 million fine and barred Trump “from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for a period of three years.”
Engoron claimed Trump and each of the defendants “participated in aiding and abetting the conspiracy to commit insurance fraud by their individual acts

Is he barred from appealing? How is this within the law? Due process? One railroad and 'yer out!' ?

Like all other tricks they have tried this one blow up in their faces. I don’t see how this will survive an appeal.

The WORST part is that there will be absolutely zero consequences for the judge or AG, no matter how egregiously wrong they are. Absolute worst case, they lose re-election. But not likely. The NY voters will view them as Absolute heros.

You have to love how Governor Hochul told other real estate investors not to worry. This is only about Trump. Basically proving what we all knew, that this was a corrupt kangaroo court proceeding.

How common is it in NY Law that every single bank and investment company that does any business in the City is punished by this case as well...They are ALL banned from "Investing in or Loaning" Trump any monies. He was/is/has always been a good client, a good investment, loans to him have all been paid off, with interest.
Why not similar charges and verdicts against the Bidens, who committed $100Million in medicare fraud, started 20 companies that NONE of which have been profitable, showed no asset growth or returns on any investment, and then paid no Taxes.
Why not similar charges verdicts against anyone, everyone that drew Investors to any of the Green Energy projects that collapsed into bankruptcy?
Or even more closely related, the developers of several of NYC biggest, tallest, Newest, Ugliest skyscrapers...massive degrees of vacancies, original sales/rental offers halved or even less, film, TV, music superstars listing their various homes, suites, penthouses and apts for multi digit millions...now dropping the asking prices in half, or even down to the $Hundreds of mere thousands.

Just cancelled b'day weekend reservations to NYC. Won't spend another penny there. I know many L-dotters are against boycotts, but you've got to fight fire with fire.
Besides, I might get spit upon, struck with something or otherwise put myself and family in danger.
NY is a bad, bad place to be now.

New York was once such a great city. No longer.
So many of the hate-Trump crowd are jealous of him, but will never be able to admit it.

This Engoron, by HIMSELF has become a judicial TYRANT.
I'm praying that this entire action against President Trump blows up in his face to show the absolute CORRUPTION of his actions that the average American citizen can see the punitive effort to financially break Mr. Trump.
This sort of thing is usually not so public but wherever President Trump goes, HE is the news item of the day, so there is so much light on him on the NEGATIVE that simply is nothing more than what BJ Clinton once called "the politics of personal destruction" which is what the demonrat/socialist/Marxist do these days.
RFK Jr. still speaks like an old-time Dem in many ways, but his message doesn't get much play in the media because they are too busy with the CONSTANT propping up of the Vegetable and protecting him and his image from CORRUTION which is obvious for everyone to see.

This ruling by judge reverend Kane from Poltergeist via the suit from Hippo James has set a precedent. Despite the flimsy assurances from Horseface Hochul millionaire investors like Kevin O'Leary have said they rather invest in Florida than New York. Having called the later a loser state. Well thanks to judge Gorgon and Fatitia James I hope that NY continues to be a loser.

It is time that citizens in their individual states join together with civil class action lawsuits in their own states against these so called prosecutors, attorney generals, district attorneys that have colluded and coordinated with each other to deny us our voting rights.

Good. Let everyone see how out of control they are and if there is ANYONE at any level who still believes in actual justice in this country. IF they are not stopped, show trials and confiscation of anything they want, is just the start.
