Donald Trump Jr. said the congressional staffer who filmed a gay porn video in a Senate office building is proving that the Democratic party thinks they are 'beyond reproach' because there is no one to 'countermeasure to this insanity.' The ex-president's eldest son also lamented to a conservative crowd in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday about Hunter Biden refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena last week. The two instances last week were proof for Don Jr. that Democrats are increasingly exhibiting 'insanity' and, in seeming to advocate for his father's reelection, said that 'decency is on the ballot' for the 2024 presidential election.

Sen. Ben Cardin has aired his disappointment over reports that a now-former staffer had taken part in filmed sexual activities in a Senate hearing room.
The Maryland senator spoke two days after Democrat congressional aide Aidan Maese-Czeropski, 24, was fired over the emergence of the tape - which was reportedly filmed in Hart Senate Office Building room 216.

Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott - fed up with apparent inaction from President Joe Biden on the current immigration crisis at the Southern border - has approved a sweeping new law that allows police to arrest migrants who illegally cross into the US.

This may seem counterintuitive in light of a recent spate of polls showing the former president leading Joe Biden, but this is primarily an artifact of the latter’s weakness. The most reliable polls show Trump bumping up against a ceiling of about 47 percent of the popular vote, which is consistent with his performance in the last two elections. An elected Democratic official in Washington, D.C., has been fined by the District of Columbia Board of Elections for voting twice in 2020.
Vanessa Rubio, an advisory neighborhood commissioner in D.C., voted in the District of Columbia and Maryland during the 2020 presidential election, according to NBC 4 Washington reporter Mark Segraves. She reportedly told the Board of Elections that since DC is not a state, she believed voting twice would be acceptable.
