Former President Barack Obama should allow the National Archives (NARA) to release President Joe Biden’s emails and records linked to his alias email address accounts, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) told Breitbart News.
Joe Biden, who used a global cell phone paid for by Hunter Biden, also used three email aliases to share government information and discuss business with Hunter Biden and associates, according to the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF). (Photo) SLF first filed the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Archives for Biden’s emails in 2021. Two years later, it renewed the request, but the archives “failed to produce a single one of these emails,” the foundation said.

A judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by six University of Wyoming Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sisters seeking to block a trans-identifying male from joining.
The sorority sisters will now be forced to accommodate Artemis Langford (whose given name is Dallin), a 6’2″, 260-pound man who believes he is a woman. Wyoming U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson, after hearing allegations of sexual deviancy on Langford’s part, ultimately dismissed the case on Friday and stated that redefining “woman” to include males was “Kappa Kappa Gamma’s bedrock right as a private, voluntary organization — and one this Court may not invade.” Johnson notably used Langford’s preferred she/her pronouns in his decision

In honor of the reversal of the ban on gay men donating blood, a former policy advisor under President Joe Biden will roll up his sleeve and give what he has to offer.
Dr. Robert Goldstein, former senior policy advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2021 to 2023 and a gay man, will donate blood Tuesday alongside his old mentor Dr Rochelle Walensky, former director of the CDC.
Dr Goldstein, now the commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, has never been able to make the life-saving donation because he is a gay man, and up until May 2023, was forbidden from giving blood

The current administration is a “corrupt mob” perpetrating a “disgusting scheme” against former President Donald Trump, according to Academy Award-winning actor Jon Voight, who warned of a “civil war” taking place against “all of us.”
In a slightly over two-minute clip posted Tuesday, the Hollywood legend — featured against the backdrop of an American flag — began by questioning if we have become a “nation of destructive behavior.” (X Video) Warning that “this is now a war — a war against all of us,” Voight blasted the Biden administration, which he described as “a corrupt mob,” as well as the Obama administration which “fuels the cycle.”

Mark Meadows’ “rough day” on the witness stand presented a “big risk” for former President Donald Trump and their fellow codefendants, argued one legal analyst. (CNN Video) The perceived political persecution of Trump has been considered by many to be most dire in the alleged RICO case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, chiefly because the unfavorable jurisdiction was coupled with Georgia’s unique pardoning laws.
As such, an expected motion from the president to move the criminal case from state to federal court likely hinged on his former chief of staff Meadows’ own effort that put him on the witness stand Monday.

MIAMI— Miami Mayor Francis Suarez on Tuesday suspended his bid for the presidency, dropping out of the 2024 race after failing to qualify for the first Republican debate.
The two-term mayor became the first candidate to drop out of the crowded GOP field. He launched his campaign just over two months ago as one of the last competitors to join a primary race that has so far been dominated by former President Donald Trump.
“While I have decided to suspend my campaign for President, my commitment to making this a better nation for every American remains,” he said in a statement.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre was cornered at the daily briefing Tuesday about why the Biden administration allowed an ISIS-sympathizer to smuggle people illegally into the United States. Jean Pierre couldn't account for where all of the individuals connected to the smuggler are and attempted to reassure Americans illegal immigrants who "fit the profile" will be given extra scrutiny. (X Video) The comments come after an alarming report shows countless individuals are missing and unaccounted for.

A man was caught on video lighting newspapers on fire at a New York City subway station and throwing them at random strangers, including kids.
The video was taken at the 33rd Street subway station on Monday at around 5:30 p.m. when many people use the subway to get home from work.
A group of teenage students can be seen on the platform as a flaming newspaper burns by their feet.
The person filming the video walks towards the man burning papers, who appears to be smoking a cigar as he does it.

Colorado Springs, Colorado – A Colorado school came up with ridiculous excuses to remove a 12-year-old student from class Monday for having the patriotic Gadsden flag patch.
Connor Boyack, the President of Libertas, revealed that the Vanguard School in Colorado Springs told 12-year-old Jaiden (last name withheld) that he had to remove the flag because it has “origins with slavery” and was “disruptive to the classroom environment.” When he refused, the child was dismissed.
“Meet 12yo Jaiden who was kicked out of class yesterday in Colorado Springs for having a Gadsden flag patch, which the school claims has “origins with slavery. The school’s director said via email that the patch was “disruptive

There were complications in the White House briefing room Tuesday.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre didn't give a direct answer when asked if President Joe Biden thinks biological males should be able to compete against female athletes amid a fierce debate over transgender sports policies.
Instead, she repeatedly called the matter 'complicated' and stated the obvious that there were different views on the subject.'It's a complicated issue,' she said, in one of several variants of her response, without stating a firm position.
She was asked about Republican former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who has highlighted transgender people's participation in sports as a campaign issue.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has called for his military to be constantly ready for combat to thwart rivals' plots to invade his country, state media said on Tuesday.
It came as the U.S., South Korea and Japan held a trilateral naval exercise to deal with North Korea's evolving nuclear threats. The U.S. and South Korean militaries have been separately holding summer bilateral exercises since last week.
North Korea views such U.S.-involved training as an invasion rehearsal, though Washington and its partners maintain their drills are defensive.
