Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said he is not “not interested” in being selected as vice president during an interview with Fox News on Saturday.
“You know, Vivek, you are certainly resonating in the polls, there’s no doubt about that,” Neil Cavuto, host of Cavuto Live, told Ramaswamy. “You’re either number two or the third most popular candidate among Republicans. But one thing that’s very clear in a lot of these polls is you’re everyone’s favorite number one choice for number two. In other words, if you don’t make it to be the presidential nominee, more Republicans want you to be the vice presidential nominee than anyone else.

Bad news for Hannity. He spends an inordinate amount of time hectoring his guests by demanding whether they would be up for the vice president slot. Last night it was Governor Noem of South Dakota.

Ramaswamy should also be "not interested" in a run for the presidency.

Vivek.
Sez ALL the right things.
But really, in truly, cross-your-heart-hope-to-die-if-your-lie, MAGA?
Let's just say I'm tired of people saying what they know the rubes want to hear and then do what they (and their owners) damn well had in mind anyway once they've gotten themselves elected...

He doesn't have my support. Previous association with Soros is pure poison.

nope, no way ... Vivek is Oval Office material, he can learn a lot from our President and refine his material for 2028 after our President has brought us out of the cellar and
the funny thing is - we were talking like this before Ron DeSantis' spine turned to jelly and he threw in with the bushes and roves and the other RINO's and Trump Haters

They all say that but would take the VP slot in a New York second if they thought the nominee for POTUS would win. Unfortunately, we have let the elections in most states are now rigged. This is the real threat. The Dems will do anything...anything to hold onto power. Vote fraud, assassination...whatever it takes. Hitler and Stalin knew in their minds that their ideas were the right ones and that a few million deaths were just collateral damage for the greater good. This is what the left believes now. Expect the violence and federal oppression to increase exponentially.

After Obama's disastrous 8 years, much of which we are still finding out about, I just cannot see myself voting for Vivek. He talks a good game, but so did Obama.

No thanks, Vivek. You may be a "nice" person, but I know who "educated" you.

Vivek might be an interesting candidate - but has a lot to prove. he hasn't been tested by interaction in the wars w/ the Swamp. he talks a good game - but can he play all 9 innings and into overtime? we don't know. so i find this stance a little adolescent - like you can jump onto the political stage and only accept the top spot? for me this is a dent in his armor - a touch too much hubris for this gal

Vivek is going to Grow in Office if he ever gets there. He will find out why people become corrupt and he will too. He reminds me of Jimmy Carter running in 1976. He was a pro-lifer then. He was all, oh, let's have somebody new and I am competent etc. He had no idea of the forces he would face. It was on his watch the party became pro-abortion. there you have Growing In Office.

I saw Vivek speak last night at a local Republican Party awards dinner. He is an impressive speaker and does say all the right things but he doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting the nomination. He did reiterate that he will not take the VP slot or any cabinet positions. And that put me off. If he wants to serve and help restore America, he should be willing to do it in whatever position he can.
He also stated that he refuses to bash Trump, so I am looking forward to seeing if he stays true to that promise during the debate this week.
Finally, he lost me early on with his desire to get back into the TPP trade deal with China and even more so with his statement that he would consider pardoning the Bidens - which is essentially letting them get away with decades of crimes against America. An act like that would only encourage demonicrats to ramp up their attacks because they know there will never be consequences. Unless We The People decide to take them on ourselves.

He's too much of an opinionated big mouth to be anyone's VP, especially someone as "vocal" as Donald Trump.
