The prosecutor who organized and signed the plea deal for Hunter Biden worked for Hunter Biden’s business partner. Senator Ron Johnson is calling attention to Title 28, Section 45.2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, which says: ‘no employee shall participate in a criminal investigation if he has a personal or political relationship with […] any person or organization substantially involved in the conduct that is the subject of the investigation‘.

The first two co-defendants of former President Donald Trump have been booked into the Fulton County Jail in Georgia, online records show.

As scrutiny mounts on Special Counsel David Weiss, who serves as U.S. Attorney for Delaware and agreed to a sweetheart plea deal with Hunter Biden after five years of investigation, a Washington Examiner analysis found that at least seven prosecutors in Weiss’s office donated to Democrats.

FDACS reported fuel contamination has occurred at dozens of gas stations that were serviced by the Port of Tampa.
