Twitter users scorched National Security Council spokesman John Kirby for his speechless response to a question on President Biden being seen as "corrupt" by a majority of Americans. While discussing foreign-policy related issues, Kirby appeared to be taken aback after New York Post reporter Steven Nelson remarked that 53% of Americans, including approximately one fourth of Democrats, now believe that Biden was involved in "an illegal influence peddling scheme" with his son Hunter during his tenure as vice president. "So, what do you say to the majority of Americans who believe that the president is himself corrupt?" Nelson asked. "Wow," Kirby initially responded

Biden had to be getting money from some source because he has expensive houses in inexpensive area. He has a Corvette and other expensive items. You just can't buy all the houses and expensive equipment at around 200,000 a year. Hunter paid all of Biden's bills, Joe and Hunter's accounts were joined. Why have the Biden's set up business similar to the old Mafia system. That's where someone runs a business like the own it under their name but the Business belongs to the Biden's.

This administration was behind the professionally produced Lie that Hunter’s Laptop was just Russian disinformation. Some folks smelled the deceit early on, while others took their time sorting out what was believable, and what was cl clearly CYA nonsense. This corrupt administration’s diminishing ability to persuade middle class Americans and lawfully present non-citizens that WE the people are the problem, appeared to shock Kirby. He seemed a little incensed by the reporter’s question. He obviously took it personally, which tells me he wasn’t prepared for a question that referred to widespread distrust of the President and his handlers. Americans have wised up. They can see clearly now that it has been true all along that this administration is importing poverty and crime into the US in order to have an excuse to crack down on a everyone in the country, while selling out citizens by giving undeserved “citizenship” and voting “rights” to our impoverished, uneducated and worst of all, ungrateful “replacements.”

Democrats nervous about Biden/Harris have seemingly been living in a cave. Everyone else knows that the 2024 election is in the bag and that 2020 and 2022 (in Arizona) were stolen with the help of the MSM and judges either timid or simply on retainer of the Democrat party.

Biden has ALWAYS been corrupt, but only recently had the position to go for HUGE corruption, had to live with minor league (by the corrupt DC Deep State standards) corruption dollars. But, since VP....he has gone in whole hog on maximum corruption, selling out to anyone and everyone.

I would say to number one here that he is correct. Buying expensive homes and keeping staff there to tend to them is not cheap. Cant hardly be done on a President salary of $400,000 dollars a year. But Biden as frugal as he is, is no different than Obama, who has done pretty well on a President's salary also. There is a strong notion in my mind that while Joe was allegedly taking bribes using his son as a bagman, Obama was right there with his hand out also. The we have Bernie, who got tossed from a hippies commune for being too lazy to work and his 3 houses and Millions of Dollars. Pelosi did very well also. Maybe being in the right office isn't such bad way to get6 rich.

Germany's far-right AfD sees poll numbers surging 3 replies

Polls see Germany's center-left coalition government in free fall while the far-right populist AfD is reaping the benefits. It currently polls on par with Chancellor Olaf Scholz's Social Democrats. Never before have voters in Germany been this unhappy with the current coalition government: Only one in five says they are doing a good job. The center-left Social Democrats (SPD), the Greens, and the neoliberal Free Democrats (FDP) are plummeting in the polls, after only one and a half years in office. This is according to pollster infratest-dimap who surveyed 1300 eligible voters on May 30 and 31, 2023, and published the results in its monthly "Deutschlandtrend."

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.) notched a victory for himself and for Republicans with Wednesday's passage of the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023. The bill will raise the debt ceiling through 2025, claw back pandemic and IRS spending, improve welfare programs, speed up permitting, reinstate student loan payments, and cut non-defense discretionary spending. The bill also has an enforcement mechanism: If Congress fails to pass the required appropriations bills by January 1, overall discretionary spending will be cut by 1 percent. The legislation doesn't restore fiscal sanity to the federal budget—only changes to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid would do that—but it is a step in the right direction.

The individual behind the information that then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national is a "highly credible" FBI confidential human source who has been used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to the Obama administration, Fox News Digital has learned. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley were approached by a whistleblower alleging that the FBI was in possession of a document—an FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020—which explicitly detailed information provided by a confidential human source alleging Biden, while serving as vice president, was involved in a $5 million criminal bribery

Older Americans are increasingly ‘unretiring’ to deal with elevated prices and rocky financial positions. Unfortunately, financial insecurity from inflation may be here to stay. Rising costs have turned grocery staples like eggs into luxuries for many people on a fixed budget. Prices seemed to be coming down, but recent data signal that the end of elevated inflation remains elusive. The consumer price index (CPI) rose 4.9% in April from a year prior. This is below the generational high of 9.1% in June 2022. However, overall CPI was flat from March after months of slowing price increases.
