Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) will announce his 2024 White House candidacy “in the coming days,” New Hampshire news radio host Chris Ryan reported on Thursday.
Ryan reported that Christie’s campaign would be “focused on New Hampshire,” an early Republican primary state that often determines the success of a candidate’s campaign.New York Mets owner Steve Cohen will be one of several donors supporting Christie’s 2024 run, Ryan reported. (Tweet) Ryan’s report comes after months of speculation and a statement from Christie that he would make a final decision by mid-May.

Uh, no! He has no chance of election to the presidency or being picked as vice president. I'll leave the jokes about him to others. 2024 will not be a year favorable to RINOs which also includes Haley, Pence, and Asa Hutchinson.

The RNC’s strategy is to divide and conquer. They would rather have four more years of Biden than have Trump in the White House again. All these candidates are there for one reason, take out Trump. We all know it and know why. The RNC elites cannot accept Trump because they know it’s over for them if he wins again. They have betrayed the voters time and time again. Trump, and the rest of us, are sick and tired of their feigned conservatism. They promise but never deliver. This is the same group that is just fine with the way Washington DC works. They are big fans of the status quo.
At this juncture in our country, would anyone want to put the country in Christie’s hands? Let’s put his accomplishments up against Trump’s. Nuff said.

The largest expense item charged against Tub O' Lard Christie's last campaign funds was for donuts and Big Macs. Now that this bloated human monstrosity has eaten his way through those funds, his only hope is to announce that he is waddling for the presidency which should result in a fresh infusion of campaign funds which he will promptly use for food money.
Laws need to be enacted so that after any campaign all remaining donations must be returned to the donors promptly and in addition immediate family members cannot be hired using campaign funds. This is all part of the utterly corrupt election systems now in in place across this country. You listening Bernie "Three House" Sanders who pays his wife hundreds of thousands of campaign funds every year? You too Maxine Waters who has paid her daughter over a million dollars from her campaign funds over the years.

As pointed out by others, this is just part and parcel of a ploy to keep President Trump out of office. One could say rinos will be the death of this country. It really is difficult to tell who is more traitorous, rinos or demonrats.

At a time when the Republicans have a strong incumbent running for reelection, the scum wing of the party runs every idiot against him to make him appear weak.
Not only that, but they go along with the farce that the 2020 election was legitimate, which just proves that they are willing accomplices to a rigged system and the overthrow of the Constitutional Republic.

Remember the field of Republicans that debated with Trump in 2016? He wiped the floor with all of them. They must have thick skin to want to do that to themselves. It was entertaining though.

FTA: Christie ran an unsuccessful presidential campaign in 2016 that saw him drop out after the New Hampshire primary, where he came in sixth place in a field that included nine candidates.
A Jebster write-in campaign has a better chance that Christie.

The super patriot Chris Christie is the one who vouched for Jeff Sessions when Trump was selecting his VP running mate. As if that wasn't enough damage, I recall Christie recommending Chris Wray be appointed to head the FBI after Comey resigned
Christie certainly got his revenge on Trump for making him look like a fat fool during the 2016 primaries

Number 3 - actually the more candidates running, the better it is for Trump. 2016 proved that . He probably would have lost the nomination in a one on one race with a strong establishment candidate.

Can someone explain the strategy here? Surely, these RINOs know they can’t win. Is it for the money they raise? Is it ego? Does the GOPe think they are watering down the primary field in hopes of keeping Trump from winnining? All that will do is split the Never-Trump vote.

The guv'nah, literally, the Boss's broadest fan, is submerged in the polls, but expects to float to the surfa--uh, the top--of the rankings based on buoyancy and weightiness. No, make that gravitas. Gravity ... gravitas, what's the big diff? Thickness is the answer. Chris is thick, not thin. And he just loves the Boss. But the Boss is a damn Democrat, so Chris's affections would seem misplaced. Rock on, your thickness! The nation is teetering--no, tittering--on the brink of a nasty explosion of pent up guffaws. I'm going to go find my old Vasily Alekseyev weightlifting belt so I don't bust my innards all over the floor when the barbell goes up.

By encouraging this nonsense, the RNC is just dividing up the anti-Trump vote and likely diluting the DeSantis vote. No Trump supporter is going to leave the Trump camp to support Christie, Pence, Scott, Hailey, or the other Fill-in-the-blanks who will run.

Christie is the Bud Light of possible Republican presidential candidates.
No-one know, who knows who he is, would even consider voting for him.
As for me, the mention of that name causes an image to pop up in my mind, of an obese guy sitting on a straining folding chair on a beach with his family, a beach that he had prohibited anyone else from setting foot onto.
Totally. Effin'. Worthless.
