A team of election experts in New Mexico uncovered an election system that is being used in that state and multiple other states that do not comply with election laws. Election experts in New Mexico established that the post-election canvass reports in all 33 New Mexico Counties are being illegally prepared. Complete election records are being uploaded to an uncertified, centralized software under the control of the Secretary of State (SOS) called SERVIS, which is then used to create the official election results. Use of any uncertified software for this part of the election process is a violation of federal and state law.

And who will stop them from breaking the laws? There are NO POLICE and NO PROSECUTORS who will make the slightest effort to enforce these election laws. Purely hands off....and no court will take any cases associated with election fraud, pretty much across the country. Three monkeys, see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.....while evil runs rampant around them.

How about an atm-like machine into which you put your ballot, which is numbered. The machine now adds a number, which will show up on your receipt. It could read the entire ballot, then you have a record, but a number unique to you and which you have a copy of, this ballot the voter then THEN deposits in the ballot box to be counted. This machine will now read the number and print a receipt. Now you have two proofs of your vote, the number, the number of ballots. No names, so the secrecy of the voting booth is intact. Ballot harvesting must be stopped. People need to do at least one civic duty in their lifetime, and that is get up and go vote. I'm sure there are better ideas.

With the system described in the article, there is no real election. The staff of the Secretary of State office edit all the counts and then copy them back to the county, replacing the original counts. Any information about the real votes has been erased.

The guilty will protect themselves from scrutiny. Unless there is a tremendous UPHEAVAL from the public for action on this, NOTHING WILL BE DONE. The prosecution of this will likely be in federal courts unless a STATE takes this up and a ton of briefs in support come from other State Attorney Generals to take action. Federal Courts will let it slide like JUST LIKE THEY DID IN 2020 by refusing to even hear any evidence presented that was gathered and the corruption will continue to pervert the Constitution by judicial activism of demonrat appointees, EVIDENCE BE DAMNED. The one sacred right a citizen has to stop this called voting has been made null and void by cheating from old, outdated voter rolls in the ERIC system where more persons vote than who are alive or even registered to vote. By the way, didn't you know they were going to make a scene about Donald Trump.... and that Trump hates DeSantis, or that people must be insane to stop drag shows, or that age inappropriate books mean that there is censorship, etc. etc. etc. ad vomitum... far too many of U.S. are just trying to make it to go after corruption like that article esposes...

Here we go again. We have seen this before. If this gets brought before a judge or grand jury, it will be shot down in under ten minutes and rightfully so. What is the crime? What is the evidence? Who is the criminal? An online electoral system and access is not a crime or evidence of a crime. The Hoft brothers at Gateway Pundit have written dozens, if not hundreds, of articles like this this. It is why they are no longer a reliable publication. They aren't alone either. So many publications cannot be trusted. Anyone that has followed Lucianne for some time has seen various publications fall into this trap.

Of course, the system is vulnerable on many voting locations, many states. George Soros owns half the voting machines that are connected to the internet and those machines can be controlled through the internet, votes changed from one candidate to another and that is never cross checked by hand counting votes. The integrity of the vote should be protected at all costs because when it is not protected any fool can be elected to president.

ERIC receives voter registration and DL information between elections, does a limited number of checks (dual registration, address change, eligible to register but hasn't, etc.) and gives REPORTS back to the member states (who then distribute to registrars for follow up). ERIC's information is not used to alter information that was sent by states which this system is accused of doing. This article needs to focus on that last allegation which, frankly, I find it hard to believe. Also, what sort of "registration streamlining" is provided by this system. ERIC leaves those issues to local registrars (via the state agency overseeing elections).

The Backdoor method, very common on computers. I worked in Computers, software and all stages of implementation, In fact I co-designed the first Apple Screen Interface, it's in their museum. It was called the CT1024 and was available as a kit from, then, Southwest Technical Products, no longer in business. Bottom line almost every computer tech worth their salt puts back doors on every system they manage...so they can get in as an administrator or Root access, no matter what. What we see now is that very old strategy being used by the progenitors of the Voting Systems...just in case the results need to be "CHANGED". All voting machines need to have publically released software, NO EXCEPTIONS. All binary modules (today called Apps) must have stored checksums of their contents so they can be manually or automatically verified as the correct software application. Without that anyone can replace modules at will and take over systems. Now we have Network Access, with it's own list of vulnerabilities that are being used by "Criminals" to rig our Voting Systems. Be sure, this is real, and I'm 99.9% sure ALL voting machines are set up for remote access 'in case results need to be 'MODIFIED'!

Joe Biden has a well-documented history of inappropriate behavior with young women — and even little girls. But one of the most serious accusations came from Tara Reade in 2019, when she revealed publicly that Joe Biden touched her inappropriately while she worked as a staffer in his Senate office in 1993. According to Reade, Biden would place his hand on her shoulder and run his finger up her neck, causing her to freeze until he stopped. Later on, in March 2020, Reade expanded on her accusations, claiming that Biden sexually assaulted her by pinning her against a wall, kissing her, and touching her under her shirt and skirt.

The first thing on most people’s minds after Joe Biden officially announced his intent to run for president again was, “Seriously? He’s 80 years old and clearly experiencing cognitive decline. What’s he thinking?” Naturally, the obvious concerns about his advanced age and diminished mental acuity has led to speculation that Biden’s seeking reelection in order to hand off the presidency to Kamala Harris, who would otherwise be unelectable. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was given the opportunity to dispute this theory during Tuesday’s White House press briefing… and didn’t. “Does the president plan to serve all eight years?” a reporter asked.

Democrats constantly talk about how much they want to protect “democracy.” It’s become parodic at this point, with every single thing the left doesn’t like being described as a threat to democratic governance. When you take a step back, though, it becomes obvious who the real threat is. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez illustrated that perfectly in an interview that aired Sunday. While on MSNBC, the New York congresswoman spoke to Jen Psaki, which just rounds out the absurdity of the entire scene. In a case settled last week for $787.5m, Fox lawyers reportedly convinced the Delaware judge to redact the message from public filings.
