Stanford Students Rip Woke Dean Who Led
Heckling of a Federal Judge, Demand Ouster

Stanford Law School students savagely criticized the school and one of its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion deans in a piece in the school’s publication, “Stanford Review,” with this simple but powerful headline atop its front page: “Fire Tirien Steinbach.” [Tweet] As RedState’s Jim Thompson reported, Steinbach, Stanford Law’s Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, joined students in heckling and screaming at Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals judge Kyle Duncan who was attempting to deliver a speech. When the judge asked for an administrator to intervene, Steinbach instead piled on and launched into a six-minute tirade claiming Duncan was “literally denying the humanity of people.”

Nothing short-term will change unless donors demand it. Long term, Stanford has screwed its reputation and the prospects of graduates.

Strike3 prediction, Tirien will be fired due to the extremely negative publicity that she and her radical students have drawn to the university. Imagine the second wave of controversy that will be launched over the firing of a black DEI administrator. We have just seen a good example of the type of people who are graduating and populating the courts with lawyers, judges and AGs that sell their souls to people like George Soros. Our universities are behind it all. The Stanford Review is commended for their fast and furious condemnation of their ugly dean.

All guest speakers are entitled to an orderly audience. As an administrator of the hosting law school, Dean Steinbach should have restored order, reminding the class that the law cannot cohabit a place of chaos. Maintaining the dignity of a proceeding is the first obligation of the presiding officer in a courtroom. Future lawyers, above all, should respect the rights of witnesses, counsel and judges to be heard. Instead, Dean Steinbach contributed to the hostility of the venue by scolding the guest in the manner of a sentencing judge reprimanding a defendant found guilty. She is clearly in need of serious employment counseling.

These diversity gendarmes are quietly being shown the door, in corporations, I've read, often under the cover of broader layoffs, and in schools such as the Harvard Kennedy School, and at Florida's New College, where President Corcoran, I believe, wished the dismissed Dean Yoleidy Rosario-Hernandez (zi/zir) well, and hoped that zi would use the opportunity to learn some useful employment skills. But these tiny glimmers of light are in a heavy, overgrown forest of fear and intimidation. Stanford is completely cowed by the mob.

An extraordinarily strange scene unfolded at the White House on Monday after the news broke that a woman claiming to be a man had murdered six people at Covenant School, a Christian school in Nashville. Old Joe Biden came out to address the Small Business Administration’s Women’s Business Summit, knowing that the shooting had taken place and that there were fatalities, and likewise knowing that the world was waiting and watching, expecting him to make a statement about what had happened. Instead of striking a somber note, however, asking for prayers and expressing condolences, Old Joe was positively

It has never been easy for Israel — the understatement of the century — from the moment of its establishment in 1948, when it was invaded by five Arab armies, to the present day, when it is facing multiple threats to its very survival. It suffers a history like no other nation in the world, surrounded by enemies, fighting wars on every front, infiltrated by terrorists, confronting the wetware dreams of genocidal regimes, in particular the prospect of a nuclear Iran sworn to the country’s annihilation, and subject to an international delegitimation campaign carried out via the

Let’s just jump right in, shall we? The Babylon Bee is irrefutably the best satire site in the known universe, in my not-so-humble, often-sarcastic (in a “good” way, of course) opinion. Satire is the most difficult kind of comedy to perfect (again, IMNSHO); the closer to the truth and the more prophetic, the funnier, and smarter, satire becomes. This is precisely why The Bee stands alone at the top. The Bee was launched on March 1, 2016, and over the last two years, nearly 100 of its “articles” have become reality — veritable fulfilled prophecies, as I said in the headline. Founder and CEO Seth Dillon explained the Bee’s success to Fox News:

The “age of American naval dominance is over”, Jerry Hendix, a former Navy Captain warned in a high-profile article in The Atlantic. Hendrix’s article imagines a scenario in which China or other enemy nations seize control of what are now international waters and the cargo that moves across them. “The great container ships and tankers of today would disappear, replaced by smaller, faster cargo vessels capable of moving rare and valuable goods past pirates and corrupt officials.” A handful of nations would end up controlling the chokepoints of international trade and America would not be one of them. Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro has already conceded China’s naval supremacy.

Lately, in a spirit of “know your enemy”, I downloaded Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Though of a very different spirit from Rules for Radicals, Sayings of the Fathers has always seemed to me like a manual for action – in this case, a manual for surviving tyranny and building something that may outlast it.

Way back in the mid-1980s, communist Yugoslavia exported the Yugo, a compact car that sold for around $4,000. It was so poorly made that bumping into a pole at 5 mph could total it. Fast forward to today, and a new class of cars has a similar problem. A minor accident can cause a total loss, even if the car’s been driven only a few miles. The only difference is that these cars aren’t cheap imports from some godforsaken socialist state. These are state-of-art electric vehicles that come with an average sticker price of $55,000. Why are insurance companies totaling low-mileage EVs that have been in a fender bender?
