USA Powerlifting forced to allow biological

Women will now be forced to compete against gender dysphoria-suffering men after a Minnesota judge ruled against USA Powerlifting (USAPL) in favor of pseudoscience and progressive legislation. Since 2019, JayCee Cooper, a male weightlifter who wants to compete as a woman, has undertaken a legal challenge against USAPL that began as a complaint to the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. Late February, that challenge that had grown into a 2021 lawsuit turned into a loss for women competitors as District Court Judge Patrick Diamond ruled in favor of Cooper. “By denying Cooper the right to participate in the female category, the category consistent with her self-identification,

Any blood-female competitors should refuse to compete with HIM. This is ridiculous. Someone is going to get seriously injured!!

I know these kinds of sports are super competitive and the athletes are very reluctant to quit, but the court just stacked the deck so the real women have very little chance of winning against the freaks. If you know the fix is in and its against you, why bother? Maybe they should all walk and start a private organization, where individual effort, skill and mindset count again.

Where are all of those feminists that used to be parading all over the place, yelling for equal rights? You don't see any of them now, when they they really have a cause that they should be fighting for. Evidently they didn't really care about the rights of women, they were just puppets of the Democratic party that wanted to blame Republicans for anything they could to get votes for the Democrats.

At this point, why don’t the biological women eligible for the competition simply refuse to compete, every single one of them. Leave these freaks standing out there alone. No biological women, no competition. How could they have an event without competitors? Just enter, and withdraw at the last minute. Send a message. The perpetual bullying by the LGBTQ+ must be confronted. They beat everyone over the head with their “rights”. It’s about time that real women just walk away. I know it would be difficult but if a stand is not made, women’s sports is going to be destroyed. The people making these decisions to allow biological males to compete against women are cowards too afraid to stand up to the bullies who have failed to win when competing with their own biological sex have now decided they will infiltrate and destroy women’s sports just because they can. No one should support this. Women, stop competing. Stand up for yourselves because the people on committees who run women’s sports are feckless cowards. Any sane and reasonable person can see that by allowing biological men to compete against biological women is absolutely unfair. Want to stop this assault on women? Then some women athletes are going to have to stand up and refuse to compete. Right now these gender fluid fools are competing because there are competitions that allow them to but if women refuse at the last moment with the cameras rolling and they just walk off the field, get out of the starting blocks, stand on the side of the pool and just refuse to go in the water, and don’t show up when their names are announced, there is no competition. The pressure on the biological women to compete is coming from coaches and the schools and universities because of the money that is behind these competitions, but there comes a time when you have to stand on principle and that time is now. No one is coming to rescue these women from this outrageous and unfair situation. Make a statement, stand up to these bullies, and you may be able to save your sport. If you do nothing, you will allow this travesty to continue and you will continue to lose through no fault of your own but because the insane coddling of these depraved liars who know they have a physical advantage.

FTA: In defending his ruling, Diamond, who had been appointed in 2012 by then-Gov. Mark Dayton (D-Minn.) cited the progressive-amended Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA) which had been altered to accommodate sexual orientation. Judge Diamond deserves to be publicly harassed. I miss the times when Bill O’Reilly dispatched Jesse Watters to confront leftist activist judges. Jesse was outstanding in that role. Very calm, very cool. I suppose if that practice was restarted by a Fox News host, Garland’s DOJ would conduct a gestapo-like raid and charge the reporter with federal crimes.

I think the point of doing this is to reduce women to nothing. This is all being done to make women irrelevant. The female competitors should pull the jerks pants down while he is lifting weights. the guy winning the women's weight lifting could never compete in the strongman competition! (I know, it's a whole different competition. But he certainly would not be man enough to win it)

Show me a man that only wants to compete against women, and I will show you a man that cannot successfully compete against other men. This is what passes for competition these days. I'll pass. Some people have a very sick sense of competition. They have to have everything in their favor. They want to pick and choose who they compete against, so they have a better chance at winning. It's not supposed to be that way. This isn't competition.

It’s been a day of the left and their fellow travelers throwing tantrums over Tucker Carlson’s coverage of the Jan. 6 video footage. I wrote earlier about Tucker’s coverage as well as Adam Kinzinger’s continued meltdown. There have been a lot of bad takes. But perhaps one of the worst came from documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, the guy known for his history documentaries. Now I must admit to having watched some of his work, including on the Civil War and the history of baseball, and enjoying it. If you liked his work and thought he sounded knowledgeable, you may want to adjust your opinion after this.

Missouri started this battle back in 2021 when Governor Mike Parsons signed the “Second Amendment Preservation Act” (SAPA) into law. The Act’s language is quite plain, allowing local law enforcement to refuse to cooperate with any federal law enforcement action that seeks to confiscate the guns of its citizens. The law also penalizes any local LE agencies who refuse to adhere to the law. Newton County, Missouri, was the first to kick things off, and other Missouri counties followed suit. Biden’s Department of Justice, which hasn’t found a civil liberties infringement it hasn’t liked, decided it needed to oppose the State of Missouri, claiming it violated the Supremacy Clause.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) released 44,000 hours of previously unseen footage of the Capitol riot to Tucker Carlson, triggering the left, which has so carefully crafted a bogus narrative that the riot was an insurrection, or, as Biden likes to claim, “the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.” Now that we’re starting to see footage that the anti-Trump J6 committee didn’t want us to see, that narrative is falling apart — and the answer to that, apparently, is censorship. On Tuesday, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) literally called for Fox News CEO Rupert Murdoch to stop Tucker Carlson from releasing the politically inconvenient footage.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has been hospitalized after a fall at a hotel in Washington, DC. “This evening, Leader McConnell tripped at a local hotel during a private dinner. He has been admitted to the hospital where he is receiving treatment,” a spokesperson for the Kentucky Republican said in a statement. No additional details were provided. The 81-year-old is the Senate’s longest-serving GOP leader, known for helping the party achieve key Republican priorities, including stocking the Supreme Court with conservative justices, passing Trump-era tax cuts and frequently thwarting Democrats’ legislative agenda.
