General Michael Flynn is a retired United States Army lieutenant general who was the 24th U.S. National Security Advisor for the first 22 days of the Trump administration. General Flynn, a staunch Trump ally and confidante, was forced to resign in 2017 following screaming reports that he had lied regarding conversations with Sergey Kislyak, a Russian diplomat. This was while the Democrat Party and highest levels of US intelligence concocted an attempted coup to take down the sitting President based on what they knew was fraudulent accusations that Trump was Vladimir Putin’s stooge. General Michael Flynn was collateral damage. They had to remove him to get

Yes indeed, go for it. Im not sure that 50 million is enough. I just hope there is an honest judge in this country.

"Obama particularly hated Flynn for pointing out the obvious during congressional testimony, that Antifa was sweeping across Syria-Iraq and Obama had no plan to prevent this."

As a tax payer, I guess I will be on the hook for my share of the $50 million awards. I would applaud if he named names in the suit who stepped out of bounds and who should be on the hook for damages.

I'm no lawyer, but shouldn't that be malicious "prosecution"?

A just case if I ever heard one. I trust folks like Jim Cardinal Comey are also individually named as defendants.

The individuals should be sued in civil court. And the amount of damages should be increased 20X.

This $50 million should come from the combined individuals responsible, not from the taxpayers.

Apropos of nothing, I was in younger brother Charlie’s class in Airborne School when older brother Mike was stationed at Ft Benning in 1982. No one knew it then, but when we had a beer with Mike that summer, most of us met the most famous person we’d ever know. Years later, I met Robin Williams during a USO Tour in Iraq, but I’ll take the Flynn brothers any day. And may God continue to bless the USA.

When you consider how he treated by the DOJ and FBI, he deserves every penny. However, I don’t think he has much chance of success. The bureaucracy has a legion of lawyers ready to destroy his case.

Yessss! It’s long past due that those who were maliciously persecuted during 0’s and Trump’s and now Biden’s reigns should get some sweet justice.

Lt Gen Flynn is not the only Conservative that the wholly incompetent "Affirmative Action" Emmett Sullivan has abused. The Political Hack, Sullivan, has no business being anywhere near the reins of power! His main attributes seem to be "petty", "vindictive" and "evil"....a Democrat!

As to whatever my share of his reward, that is a far better use of my money than anything else that has transpired in the country of my birth in the last 788 days! Obama turns out to have been the first-or-the-worst guttersnipe elected president.

Right you are, No. 6! The Complaint (or Claim for Relief) clearly states a claim of malicious prosecution and a second claim of abuse of process. Go get 'um, General!!

If the suit goes to jury trial in the DC area, you can forget any ruling in his favor, since 90% of the jury pool are democrat voting Trump haters. His lawyers should fight for change in venue. Oklahoma City looks good to me, or somewhere in ID/MT away from blue cities.

What took him so long? The way are taxpayer dollars are funding the world, I'm all for every aggrieved "citizen" to sue the country, even to the tune of trillions.

Great news! This good and decent man was under attack from the word go by the ‘as always hate-filled Dems’ and their oh-so-corrupt but powerful allies in the MSM and Federal Agencies. Michael Flynn is a patriot who served this nation in the military and elsewhere. Weaker men would’ve crumbled under the pressure he and his family have endured. I hope he is aware of the millions of Americans who respect and admire him, and have been seething for years because of this injustice. Cannot think of anyone in public service who deserves compensation more than General Michael Flynn. God bless him and his loved ones.

#18, how about holding the trial in East Palestine, Ohio? I guarantee he would get a fair trial there.

Compensatory award or not I want all involved publicly exposed, fired, shamed and defamed. It is the only means of deterrence.
