When you go, will you send back a letter from America? Lochaber no more. Sutherland no more. Lewis no more. Frogmore no more.(Snip)Really, could anything be more splendid? How cheering that the King responded so compellingly to Harry’s 400 pages of petulance, not to mention trashing his family and the entire British nation on American chat-show sofas.(Snip) What quiet joy to see the karma train rattling down the track towards Montecito. On behalf of us all, I want to say thank you Your Majesty for giving this spoilt manbaby and his Lady Macbeth of a wife the kick up the backside that they so richly deserve.

Comments:

Though some Ldotters bemoan articles posted about Harry and Meghan, there are times when a pause is needed from the nightmare that has befallen our beloved country and this couple’s seeming obliviousness to the pain, suffering and damage they have caused to Harry’s recently deceased paternal grandparents (Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip) and other members of the Royal Family has captured the attention of compassionate people longing to see a bit of “tough love” that, hopefully, will put an end to the melodrama instigated by this couple.

I love this because it shows me that sometimes an enabling parent wakes up and holds the offending adult child accountable for their crap. I wish my elderly mother would follow suit and deal with my idiot brother who has been enabled and spoiled his entire life. Tough love—needs to be done!

I've said this on three or four other posts. They got what they wanted. To be divorced from the Royal family. It appears the mutual divorce is final. Now go away and shut up about yourselves.

OP, for those who aren't interested in this type of news, they can just not read it. I love it and other not so political news now and then. And the number of comments these articles generate say there is some interest in these stories if for no other reason than we want to see Markle and Harry get whats coming to them.

I think weak Harry has been corrupted by a wife who comes form a dysfunctional family, estranged from her own family, and brought that dysfunction and estrangement to the royal family. I find it undignified and "whiney" for Harry to hang his dirty laundry in public. What is his point to attack his family like this -- an emotional catharsis for himself at their expense?

I detect a pattern here. The falling from grace of many people has begun with an interview with Oprah. Even the almighty Obamas lost a bunch of brownie points with the public after they "bared their souls" to the wicked little witch from Montecito. When I become famous I intend to turn down her invitation.

I strongly suspect that she, having been just reduced to much lower standing and her being no Wallis Simpson, won't be standing by her man for very much longer, rather will be soon filing the divorce papers in order to be set loose to hunt for more lucrative prey. Which in turn will end him scurrying back to Daddy begging for the funds to make his alimony payments.

If Harry were the slightest bit mature and a few points higher on the IQ scale, he would have already high-tailed it back to Britain with the babies and started divorce proceedings. Me-again Markle operates not just to feed her narcissistic addictions, but to help bring about the leftist anti-monarchy scheme to destroy the Royal Family. She has earned a place in the Tower for her treachery. The world continues to benefit from the global stability provided by the continuity of this constitutional monarchy. May God help preserve the legacy of Queen Elizabeth. Ramona (the Pest)

Now Charles needs to revoke their titles. Harry’s dukedom lines his pockets on the backs of the people of Sussex while he does absolutely nothing for them. That cash flow needs to be cut off along with any allowance he receives from the people of Britain. You can’t quit your job and expect the company you once worked for to keep paying you.

The King’s most important responsibility is to protect the integrity of the British Monarchy from all attackers, including Harry and Meghan. Apparently the King’s initial effort in that respect was to remove Harry and Meghan from having any connection with the Windsor Castle Royal Estate. In keeping with the wishes of the British people, so if appropriate, the King should move on and remove all Royal Titles that were bestowed upon Harry and Meghan when it was believed that they would be working members of the Royal Family, a status that Harry and Meghan voluntary relinquished, and instead decided to join the “fake” US royalty that bases itself at Hollywood, California, USA. So Harry and Meghan really have no further need to maintain British Royal Titles other than use use commercially to make money for themselves.

I don't understand Harry's complaint about being the spare. His own great-great uncles (three) were spares until Edward gave it all up for Wallis. Does he not know England's own royal history? I never liked Diana and thought her blissful ignorance about why she was marrying Charles was a con and her whining about being the third person in marriage was, well, like Harry just pure self-pity. Did Charles ever beat her, beat their sons - No.

There is no comparison between this pathetic couple and the former king and Wallis Simpson. Harry was not, nor would he ever have been, king. Wallis was classy; Meghan is not. My recollection is that that couple went off and lived a pretty quiet life in exile. This lot have made fools of themselves while trying to pull down the royal family. Contrary to one opinion, this is not just “the wife”. Harry has obviously carried resentment all of his life that he was only “the spare” until brother William had chlldren/heirs. That is why he goes after Wllliam and Catheriine as well as his father. Meghan is keeping the pot stirred, but Harry is a longtime angry male.
