Most Americans Don’t Believe Media,
Law Treat Them Fairly: I&I/TIPP Poll

It’s one of the most cherished notions of American life that all of us should be treated equally by major public institutions, whether it’s the Big Media, social media or the law, regardless of our individual religion, political beliefs, or cultural background. But, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll suggests, a surprisingly large number of Americans no longer feel that ideal is true. Our January online poll taken from Jan. 4-6 of 1,356 adults asked, “Do you agree or disagree that people who hold similar political/religious/cultural ideas, beliefs, and values as you receive equal treatment in America.” We asked them to answer

American institutions are hopelessly corrupt and evil, with few exceptions, none of which come to mind. Washington DC is the reflection of underlying US culture.

Most Americans believe our big institutions treat them unfairly because IT'S TRUE! I'm surprised the number is as low as it is

All these polls stating that 71% of Americans think the country is heading in the wrong direction. That the border needs to be closed. That they are living paycheck to paycheck. That gas and food is too expensive. Now this poll with people thinking that the media is unfair and biased. Yet for some reason none of this seems to be blamed on demosluts despite the fact that none of this except the media bias thing existed until Biteme and the demosluts gained control. One would think as it was universally expected that the Republicans would win big in the last election cycle if all of these polls were accurate. Yet it didn't happen. So, if fraud isn't the reason for the demosluts being removed from office, then what is?

This could be a key campaign issue for the GOP, if they choose to use it correctly. First, I would demand a special fund be allotted for the purpose of DNA testing for every rape kit, and other crime scenes be tested immediately to help resolve dormant cases, and ensure those who are incarcerated are exonerated if the DNA is not a match. Regardless of any jury conviction or "confession" after 12-hour interrogation by police. Let's just get things right, not worry about someone's career advancement. Second, connect the mistreatment by government entities and social media collaboration over the past 6+ years to show "we feel your pain" with many feeling mistreatment. Third, remind everyone that it's not just the police, but the DA's and the judges who are all part of the system, and need to reform the process. One item could be less pressure to simply solve the crime to get it off the front pages, and no longer linking promotions based on convictions. Will be doing the right thing, and will show compassion and understanding for many people.

The media’s leftward bias has been obvious for decades even as “journalists” denied their alignment with the Democratic Party. No honest person took Chris Cillizza’s 2016 claim that “reporters don’t root for a side. Period” to be true. All we’ve ever asked for is an admission from the media that it worked for the Democrats. We’re a little closer to that today. Tuesday’s headline in the Daily Caller brought the light: “Major News Outlets Say They’re Ditching Objectivity In The Name Of ‘Diversity.’” The story beneath the headline tells us that, after interviewing more than 75 ”media leaders to gauge how the industry views the concept of ‘objectivity,’”

Leaving Washington with classified documents must be a tradition for outgoing presidents and vice presidents. Sensitive government papers have now been found in the private homes and offices of Joe Biden, Donald Trump and Mike Pence. Maybe every president going back for decades has taken documents he shouldn’t have. But only one has a crooked son who could have easily accessed those documents and used them to enrich himself and his corrupt family. The public sure seems to believe that is the case. Six in 10 American voters are convinced it is likely that Biden’s son Hunter used information

On Monday, the Washington Post sent an update to its email subscribers with the subject line: “The police officers charged with the murder of Tyre Nichols are black. Does it matter?” The short answer is: Yes, but only to race hustlers on the left. Which is why the Post enlisted three reporters who spent nearly 1,400 words twisting themselves into pretzels to explain how black police officers beating a black man to death was further proof of “systemic racism.” Here’s how the Post puts it:

As auditors and congressional investigators try to figure out just how much federal COVID relief went to fraudsters, they are missing the trillions of dollars in fraud committed by the federal government itself in a war that we had no chance of winning. Last week, the Government Accountability Office reported that fraudsters took in about $60 billion in unemployment checks. That’s on top of the tens of billions in fraudulent claims made through the Paycheck Protection Program, the tens of billions handed out through a Small Business Administration program, and on and on. This Wednesday, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability will hold a hearing

These days, it’s hard to keep up with the once-upon-a-time Golden State’s foolish policies. They come in such number and profusion, you can’t even track them all. That’s why the one-party state’s latest tax proposal is such an attention-getter: It would damage the state’s economy, perhaps beyond repair. The proposal is, as a matter of economics, foolish beyond belief. In brief, the Democrats who have taken over the state now propose a “wealth tax” on the richest Californians, who are already fleeing the increasingly socialist state in alarming numbers.

It sounds like a bad joke about woke gone amok, but it’s not. Norway’s University of Bergen is sponsoring research into the burning question of whether and how white paint contributes to white supremacy and why Norway should feel guilty about it because of its role in it. It turns out, you see, that Norwegians were behind the innovation of titanium white paint, which is considered pure white. The university wants researchers to explore “the cultural and aesthetic changes instigated by titanium white … and how can both the material in itself and these changes be conceptualized and made visible?”

Washington, you have a problem, and elected officials should take note: Regardless of party affiliation, those who elected you no longer have faith in the idea that you actually represent them, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. It’s no surprise that many voters are turned off by the political class these days. As repeated polls show, voters from both parties agree that the results of recent years from Washington have been less than stellar. And the voters feel Washington is divorced from their everyday concerns. In the most recent online I&I/TIPP Poll, taken Jan. 4-6 from 1,107 registered voters across the country, we asked voters two questions about their elected officials in Washington.

In a data dump Friday, the Biden administration announced that more than a quarter million people crossed the border illegally in December – the highest ever recorded. The timing of this release was designed to bury the news, not that it mattered, since the mainstream media have ignored the growing border crisis with fierce determination. But that’s not the worst of it. Border deaths also reached all-time highs. That news is so bad, the “most transparent administration in history” tried to keep it hidden altogether, coughing it up only in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. When that data did come out

President Joe Biden of course adopted a sanctimonious stance when it was reported that classified documents were found at Donald Trump’s Florida estate. “Totally irresponsible,” said the man who has been keeping classified documents going back to his years in the Senate. As infuriating as his comment was, Biden might be guilty of more than hypocrisy. Biden has left a growing trail of classified documents behind him, including papers from his Senate “service” as well as his terms as vice president. They’ve been turned up at Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington – the “think tank” where Biden kept an office

John Kerry, former senator, former secretary of state, and now chief climate alarmist for the Biden administration, said in so many words Tuesday during his World Economic Forum rant that it’s too late to save the planet from global warming. Yet he claimed climate programs still need more “money, money, money, money, money, money, money.” The only reason he’s not the worst person in the world is because he has so much competition at Davos. What Kerry actually said was that he is “not convinced we’re going to get there in time to do what the scientists said, which is avoid the worst consequences of the crisis,”

A Princeton University student argued in a Sunday night opinion article that the school’s Honor Code unfairly impacts racial minorities, citing parallels to the U.S. criminal justice system. The Ivy League school’s Undergraduate Honor Code lays out standards for student conduct that all undergraduate students must abide by and prohibits students from plagiarizing or cheating, according to its website. Emilly Santos, author of the op-ed and Princeton University student, likened the code to the United States criminal justice system to propose that it “disadvantages” minority students. Donald Trump is not stupid. His opponents have always underestimated him because of the colloquial way he talks–sounding vastly different than most people in the highly educated class. Not sounding educated, they assume he isn’t and by extension isn’t smart. But in recent weeks Trump has been acting as if he is stupid, and I have to say I am surprised. Trump has been attacking Ron DeSantis on the COVID lockdown issue, arguing that the governor’s reputation as a freedom fighter is unearned. Trump even implies that DeSantis was something of a COVID fascist, while Trump himself was fighting to reopen the American economy. That is a profoundly stupid line of attack.
