House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer accused the Biden administration of a 'coordinated effort' to shield the president's son from scrutiny on Thursday.
It comes in response to the Treasury Department blocking - at least temporarily - House Republicans' request for documents related to Hunter Biden's financial transactions.
A Treasury official told Comer that he would need to supply additional details for his request.
The business dealings of Hunter Biden as well as if and how they ensnare President Joe Biden himself are a top priority for Comer's investigative panel - something he's made clear even before Republicans took control of the House at the beginning of this year.

Really? When did this guy wake up. it has been going on for years and we have allowed it. Time foe another revolution. Heorge Washington said that humans were not evolved enough to handle democracy but he gave it a shot. Basically, we are evil and those who are in the White House and Senate are substantiating this.

Everybody connected with the Senate or the DNC has known for eons that biden was a hair sniffing fanny feeling pervert, and hoped the media would refrain from letting the fleabitten cat out of that dirty bag. Where the heck is Cronkite when you need a big fat lie shouted out with your hand on the Holy Bible? Moldering in the great beyond, that's where. At least he never had to suffer those Mean Tweets. /s

Lots of blood in the water. It’s pretty clear that Hunter’s email to Devon Archer was lifted from classified information conveniently stored in Dad’s garage. Also clear that Biden had possession of SCIF documents that should never have left the room they were in. This goes far beyond whatever Trump or Pence had. This is a sitting President who is now hiding the document contents from Congress. The Democrats are going to force him to resign. They will have no choice. Why Kamala is keeping her mouth shut.

Time to crank out the subpoenas. Drag the Treasury Directors in front of Congress and put them under oath. First question -"Why are you protecting the President and his family?"

Begin with Biden and Obama's crimes since 2008 and make sure the stolen 2020 election is in the list of charges. Some of us still believe in the Constitution.

Of course, the Biden Crime Family, the DNC, the swamp and the media are all conspiring to protect the Biden Crime Family. This has been going on for decades, since he was correctly labelled as "The dumbest man in the Senate"

Why don't they get Hunter's tax returns, now that the Supreme Court has said tax returns are fair game for Congress?

The saddest part about this corruption scandal is that it's been covered up by the fake media for several years...and finally WE the people are getting to the bottom of it...will anyone walk the perp/walk into jail...I doubt it...but...at least WE have a start to the cleaning process...thank you to Elon Musk for his courage and concern for our American way....being an immigrant who chose this country...he understands just how governments can ruin the rule of law and order....and he chose America!!

I can't believe that everybody is piling on to this poor old man who dedicated his entire life to public service, his perpetually caring wife and their troubled son. Is there no sympathy out there?
