Ronna McDaniel won a fourth term to head the Republican National Committee (RNC) during a secret ballot vote by members on Friday, capping off a contentious election spurred by calls within the party for new leadership.
McDaniel fended off two challengers — California attorney Harmeet Dhillon and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a staunch denier of the 2020 presidential election results.
She received 111 votes, while Dhillon received 51 and Lindell received four. Former Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.), who did not ultimately make a run for RNC chair, also received one vote.

A San Francisco court has released the shocking police bodycam footage showing the moment that Paul Pelosi was violently assaulted with a hammer in his home in October.
Paul, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s husband, was asleep at the couple’s San Francisco home in the early hours of October 28 when 42-year-old David DePape broke in and beat him with a hammer, prosecutors allege.
The video shows two police officers arriving at the Pelosi's home, knocking on the door and waiting around 20 seconds before it is answered.

As RedState reported, Ronna McDaniel has been re-elected as the chair of the Republican National Committee. That followed a contentious, months-long battle with notable GOP lawyer Harmeet Dhillon, who ultimately ended up well short of the number to overtake McDaniel. (Tweets) McDaniel is now the longest-serving party chair in modern American history. What did she do to deserve that honor? She and her party lost the 2018 election, lost the 2020 election, and severely underperformed in the 2022 election. Apparently, being a consistent loser is all it takes to win the blessing of the GOP’s party elite.
Why? Because the Republican Party hates you.

The Biden administration is facing some scrutiny over a proposal to change the way it racially/ethnically classifies federal employees.
At the moment, anyone of Middle Eastern or North African descent only has the option of identifying/being classified as “white.”
Were the administration’s proposal to be approved, these individuals would instead have the option of identifying as Middle Eastern or North African.
The proposal would accomplish this by rewriting the Office of Management and Budget 1997 Statistical Policy Directive No. 15: Standards for Maintaining, Collecting, and Presenting Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity (SPD 15).

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) vowed revenge after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) indicated he would keep Schiff and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) off the House Intelligence Committee.
“Kevin McCarthy just kicked me and @RepSwalwell off the Intelligence Committee. This is petty, political payback for investigating Donald Trump,” Schiff tweeted. “If he thinks this will stop me, he will soon find out just how wrong he is. I will always defend our democracy.”

On Thursday, Project Veritas shared a video of founder James O’Keefe was physically assaulted by Pfizer director Jordon Trishton Walker who went on an insane rampage after being confronted.
The day prior, Project Veritas dropped a bombshell undercover video showing Walker admitting that Pfizer considered mutating COVID to be ready with more vaccines.
“One of the things we’re exploring is like, why don’t we just mutate it [COVID] ourselves so we could create — preemptively develop new vaccines, right? So, we have to do that.

Per the Consumer Price Index, egg prices have spiked 66% since last year.
People around the globe have found themselves paying more for eggs at stores due to over 41 million egg-laying hens dying from the avian flu, but also as rampant inflation under the Biden regime causing prices to erratically jump among suppliers and subsequently among common consumer products. As more motorists own electric vehicles (EVs) and experience problems operating them, evidence shows that the movement to abandon gas-powered vehicles is ideologically motivated and unsupported by rational economic calculation.
In January 2023, four Wyoming state senators and two representatives introduced Senate Joint Resolution No. SJ004 to ban the sale of EVs in Wyoming by 2035. The proposed legislation stressed that “Wyoming’s vast stretches of highway, coupled with a lack of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, make the widespread use of electric vehicles impracticable for the state.”

The Biden administration on Thursday announced that it would complete a 20-year withdrawal of 225,504 acres in a northern Minnesota forest area that is home to some of the largest domestic critical mineral reserves.
The action announced by the Department of the Interior (DOI) effectively prohibits mining activity from taking place in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Duluth, Minnesota, and surrounding area for the next two decades. The agency said it took the action in an effort to protect the local environment and watershed, which environmentalists worried would be contaminated by mining activity.
