JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. – Florida authorities announced Wednesday an arrest in the mysterious murder of Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan in front of his then-2-year-old daughter nearly one year ago. Henry Tenon, 61, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, second-degree murder, accessory after the fact to a capital felony and child abuse for the Feb. 16 shooting death of Bridegan.(snip) Investigators did not disclose the evidence that allegedly links Tenon to the shocking slaying — but his most recent address has a surprising connection to Bridegan's ex-wife, Shanna Gardner-Fernandez.

This was a particularly heinous crime. He had just dropped off twins from first marriage at his ex-wife’s house. Had his 2 year old daughter from current marriage in her car seat. Encountered a tire in the road and got out to move it. Shot execution-style numerous times as 2 year-old witnessed.

I guess the perp wasn't Asian. If he were Asian - - they would have mentioned his race. By the way - - what race is he?

The gunman may be "ethnic" but the likely mastermind is the (white) ex-wife.

The ex-wife’s husband is also black. It looks likely that he was instrumental in setting up the hit. If guilty, both should get life in prison or, better yet, executed.

This is going to get real ugly. I feel badly for the little child who lost their daddy in such a horrific way. Trauma like that is something a child never gets over.

Speculation continues to swirl around Marianne Williamson, a former Democrat presidential candidate and self-described “spiritual thought leader,” launching another presidential bid to challenge President Joe Biden, as she reportedly heads to New Hampshire — home of the first in the nation primary — to help her make that determination. Rumors have swirled over Williamson’s intentions in 2024, as she reportedly has spent time speaking out and courting donors in attempts to gauge her political future. As reported in December, the Democrat also has an exploratory committee donation page on the Act Blue Democrat fundraising platform.

For decades, hexavalent chromium has provided the silvery showroom finish to countless consumer products, from automobile bumpers and grilles to kitchen faucets and light fixtures. It has also served as an indispensable rust-resistant coating for aviation components, such as airplane landing gear. But while hardened chrome is harmless, the airborne emissions from the plating process are more than 500 times more toxic than diesel exhaust, and pose a substantial cancer risk to surrounding communities. In light of these risks, the California Air Resources Board has proposed a landmark ban on the use of so-called chrome-6 in decorative plating by 2027,

An elevated rate of Bell’s palsy was identified among elderly people after vaccination with a Pfizer booster shot, U.S. regulators said in a new study. The “small but statistically significant elevation” in Bell’s palsy was detected after vaccination with Pfizer’s old booster, which is no longer available in the United States, researchers with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said in a preprint study. The elevated rate resulted in an adjusted incidence rate ratio of 1.13 and remained consistent when researchers adjusted for different factors, such as prior COVID-19 infection. A rate above one shows a possible connection between the vaccine and an adverse event.
