Billions of dollars worth of U.S. weapons are on the negotiating table between Russian strongman Vladimir Putin and Afghanistan’s Taliban government, according to at least one insider.
Presidentish Joe Biden’s bungled bugout from Afghanistan resulted in a windfall for the new radical Islamic government, including artillery, attack helicopters, and thousands of HUMVEES, machine guns, radios — all left behind as our orderly withdrawal degenerated into a rout.
The Department of Defense estimates the total value of the gear Biden left behind at a whopping $7.12 billion, and now Putin is reportedly offering to buy whatever he and the battered Russian Army need.

What is it with Yankees burning Atlanta?
We’ve already learned that the vast majority of the Antifa insurrectionists who terrorized Atlanta over the weekend — and have occupied the future site of a public safety training facility for months — hailed from nowhere near Atlanta, but the more we learn about the Antifa criminals who attacked cops and did damage all over downtown Atlanta, we realize that these aren’t oppressed minorities rising up against the system.
It turns out the Atlanta terrorists are largely children of immense privilege.
Take, for example, the rather evil-looking Francis Carroll (whose name WSB misspelled below),

Florida teachers are being told to make their classroom libraries — and any other books that haven’t been approved by the state — inaccessible to students.
The policy was put into place last week in response to HB 1467, which Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) signed into law last March. That law established that teachers could not pick books that they say are appropriate for their students based on their own idea of what’s “appropriate.”
The teachers are complaining that the state doesn’t trust them to choose only approved literature. And they’re right.
And that’s a good thing.
I’m pretty much a free-speech absolutist.

Last January, Joe Biden set the Democratic base ablaze with the incendiary charge that Republicans were suppressing the votes of minorities.
“Jim Crow 2.0 is about two insidious things: voter suppression and election subversion,” Biden told a crowd at Atlanta University. “It’s no longer about who gets to vote; it’s about making it harder to vote. It’s about who gets to count the vote and whether your vote counts at all.”
“It’s not hyperbole; this is a fact.”
At the time, it was a supposition, not a fact, to claim that the Republican election reforms would suppress the black vote. And as it turns out, it certainly was hyperbole.

Did Hunter Biden receive classified information from Joe Biden on Ukraine and then email the information to his business partner Devon Archer?
Joe Biden stored top-secret files with the “sensitive compartmented information” (SCIF) designation at Penn Biden Center in DC (found on Nov. 2).
Lawyers discovered more classified documents at Joe Biden’s Delaware home – in the garage next to his Corvette (found on Dec. 20).
Additional documents stored in Biden’s library were discovered on January 12 and again on January 20.
Hunter Biden had access to the garage where Biden stored some of the classified documents.

What used to be arguably America’s most famous candy became infamous over the course of the last few years as it descended into woke culture as many corporations did, and just like these other corporations, it paid the price.
As previously covered by RedState, M&M’s marketing team decided to take the beloved characters and begin changing up how they act and behave. While Red and Yellow were left alone, Green was defeminized so that she wasn’t so obviously a woman, which was offensive to the hard left for some reason. Moreover, they began adding other colors for the various flavors coming out, but they were attached to social messaging

Gianno Caldwell is a Fox News contributor, author and activist. Raised on the south side of Chicago, Caldwell often credits his upbringing with helping him to be resilliant and driven. When his teenage brother was murdered by random gunfire on a Chicago street corner one Friday morning last summer, Caldwell became a passionate spokesperson for justice. In particular, Caldwell has railed against the lax crime policies of liberal legislators and prosecutors in cities across the nation. He even testified in front of Congress recently, as someone who has been directly affected by the unchecked violence plaguing American cities.
Caldwell also happens to be black,

A murder suspect in Maryland accused of killing a 20-year-old with autism in July of 2022 was allowed into the U.S. as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) since those who are under 18-years-old and show up to the southern border by themselves are not turned away.
The change in policy of allowing UAC's into the U.S. was one of the first changes made by the Biden administration, quickly resulting in thousands of unaccompanied minors arriving to the U.S.-Mexico border. The historic number of children coming to the U.S. contributed the border crisis since the number of family units also illegally crossing

A bunch of woke residents of Illinois got their rainbow undies in a bunch when they found out that Awake Illinois, a conservative organization partnering with Moms for Liberty and Gays Against Groomers, was coming to speak at the city-owned Des Plaines theater. They showed up in a group to tell the city to shut down the event because it was being run by a “hate group.”
The city owns the venue but rents it out to a private entertainment company. It’s not clear if the city of Des Plaines has the authority to cancel an event based on the content, and it would in fact be very dangerous grounds

The woke snowflakes have beclowned themselves again.
A Norwegian transgender activist group is demanding that Apple Music and Spotify remove one of Aretha Franklin’s hit songs because of its allegedly offensive lyrics.
The Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA) is targeting Franklin’s 1968 hit “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” which they say “perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes.”
The group claims, “There is no such thing as a ‘natural’ woman” and is calling on the streaming platforms to cancel the song. [Tweet]
Many reacted to the tweet by questioning whether the Twitter account is actually a parody account.

When you run a city on the values of (personal) truth, (social) justice, and the (anti) American way of life, there are bound to be consequences, no matter how hard you try to ignore them. That may include the spike in violence in New York City, the crime and homelessness throughout California, or the general collapse of Portland, Ore., on every front. For Seattle, it includes those things and a fentanyl crisis that is claiming lives at an alarming rate. The rate is so high that the King County Coroner is running out of places to store the bodies.

This real-life Korean War “Top Gun” kept his war story secret for 50 years.
In 1952, then-U.S. Navy pilot Royce Williams engaged in possibly the longest solo aerial dogfight against four Soviet jets, shooting down the enemy planes in less than 30 minutes, KUSI reported.
Williams, 97, who retired in 1975, on Friday received the Navy Cross, the service’s second-highest award for military honor.
The award came after decades of Williams abiding by a promise to keep his mouth shut—even among friends and family—about this brief yet striking moment of aerial combat, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported in 2022.

Florida gets accused of the same thing. Thankfully, we don't have a Stacy Abrams trampling fellow humanity to be first in front of the media microphones.
