Gianno Caldwell is a Fox News contributor, author and activist. Raised on the south side of Chicago, Caldwell often credits his upbringing with helping him to be resilliant and driven. When his teenage brother was murdered by random gunfire on a Chicago street corner one Friday morning last summer, Caldwell became a passionate spokesperson for justice. In particular, Caldwell has railed against the lax crime policies of liberal legislators and prosecutors in cities across the nation. He even testified in front of Congress recently, as someone who has been directly affected by the unchecked violence plaguing American cities. Caldwell also happens to be black,

I’m old enough to remember restaurant signs saying “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone”. Civil rights legislation (rightly) put a stop to that type of discrimination. Now here we are again. That woman is going to pay for her racism and violation of Caldwell’s civil rights.

He needs to at least file a civil rights complaint but it would be better to sue. The former is obviously a lot cheaper, but to do nothing only empowers this idiots. He didn't ask them to bake a MAGA cake or make any other modifications or special efforts. A restaurant is a "public accommodation" ... which means in order to get a license and open your doors --- you agree to serve anyone who pays your asking price for food. Period.

On the night of January 7th, 2022, in the city of Memphis, five Black men wearing badges and sidearms, who swore an oath to serve and protect, did none of those things. Instead, those now-fired police officers beat Tyre Nichols so badly that he died, from their multiple kicks and punches, in the hospital days later. Tyre Nichols was also a Black man. The difference was, the only criminals on the street that fateful night were wearing badges. One need only watch the video once, to see that what those men did to Nichols was utterly unjustified and criminal. What was the conclusion of CNN’s Van Jones, in a new op-ed?

Project Veritas’ ‘bombshell’ video that uncovered that Pfizer was exploring intentionally mutating Covid strains to profit off future mRNA “vaccines” has now led to a Senate investigation. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has fired off a letter to Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla to explain the revelations in Project Veritas’ undercover video footage featuring Jordon Triston Walker, a Pfizer Director of Research and Development, Strategic Operations and mRNA Scientific Planner. “An investigative report suggests that Pfizer may be conducting gain-of-function research, which it dubs ‘directed evolution’ research to mutate the SARS-CoV-2 virus to create additional, more potent variants and vaccines to combat future variants,” Rubio’s office states.

So, we have to do that.

Billions of dollars worth of U.S. weapons are on the negotiating table between Russian strongman Vladimir Putin and Afghanistan’s Taliban government, according to at least one insider. Presidentish Joe Biden’s bungled bugout from Afghanistan resulted in a windfall for the new radical Islamic government, including artillery, attack helicopters, and thousands of HUMVEES, machine guns, radios — all left behind as our orderly withdrawal degenerated into a rout. The Department of Defense estimates the total value of the gear Biden left behind at a whopping $7.12 billion, and now Putin is reportedly offering to buy whatever he and the battered Russian Army need.

What is it with Yankees burning Atlanta? We’ve already learned that the vast majority of the Antifa insurrectionists who terrorized Atlanta over the weekend — and have occupied the future site of a public safety training facility for months — hailed from nowhere near Atlanta, but the more we learn about the Antifa criminals who attacked cops and did damage all over downtown Atlanta, we realize that these aren’t oppressed minorities rising up against the system. It turns out the Atlanta terrorists are largely children of immense privilege. Take, for example, the rather evil-looking Francis Carroll (whose name WSB misspelled below),

Florida teachers are being told to make their classroom libraries — and any other books that haven’t been approved by the state — inaccessible to students. The policy was put into place last week in response to HB 1467, which Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) signed into law last March. That law established that teachers could not pick books that they say are appropriate for their students based on their own idea of what’s “appropriate.” The teachers are complaining that the state doesn’t trust them to choose only approved literature. And they’re right. And that’s a good thing. I’m pretty much a free-speech absolutist.

Last January, Joe Biden set the Democratic base ablaze with the incendiary charge that Republicans were suppressing the votes of minorities. “Jim Crow 2.0 is about two insidious things: voter suppression and election subversion,” Biden told a crowd at Atlanta University. “It’s no longer about who gets to vote; it’s about making it harder to vote. It’s about who gets to count the vote and whether your vote counts at all.” “It’s not hyperbole; this is a fact.” At the time, it was a supposition, not a fact, to claim that the Republican election reforms would suppress the black vote. And as it turns out, it certainly was hyperbole.

But its cheap manufacturing costs and potency have made it the go-to cutting agent

The Biden administration is facing some scrutiny over a proposal to change the way it racially/ethnically classifies federal employees. At the moment, anyone of Middle Eastern or North African descent only has the option of identifying/being classified as “white.” Were the administration’s proposal to be approved, these individuals would instead have the option of identifying as Middle Eastern or North African. The proposal would accomplish this by rewriting the Office of Management and Budget 1997 Statistical Policy Directive No. 15: Standards for Maintaining, Collecting, and Presenting Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity (SPD 15).
