Watch: John Kennedy has choice words for
Supreme Court leaker

The Supreme Court’s examination into the leak of the decision that ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade last year has sparked outrage, as no culprit has yet been identified, but Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) had some choice words for the leaker. “Well, here's my message to the leaker: Congratulations, butthead,” Kennedy said on Fox News. “You almost got a member of the United States Supreme Court killed and his family. What a narcissist. You obviously think your personal politics are more important than the sanctity of the United States Supreme Court,” he added.

The leak was orchestrated by the deep state some way in order to politically use it for the midterms. They ilk would be happy if a conservative justice were killed. Look at how the justice department failed to protect supreme court justices. Government is radically politicized in the DNC's favor.

Robert's pretended to his outrage and sought everso meekly to find the culprit, all the while, I presume, all he had to do to find the culprit was look into a mirror.

The person knew what they were doing. They wanted Trump's justices threatened and have them removed. Roberts knows who did this and he's not talking. Remember, Roberts is a GW boy....I don't trust him for a second.

Sherlock Holmes would make quick work of solving this crime using logical deduction. If the leak had come from someone without the knowledge or participation of any of the justices they would have been removed and prosecuted. There is no reason to suspect any of the justices who sided with the majority opinion or with Roberts who consented to it. If Breyer had leaked the draft, he could have been revealed by the Court without affecting the future balance of opinions since he has since retired. That leaves either Sotomayor or Kagan who sided with the minority opinion. Based on her published statements during the oral arguments of the case, I would conclude that Sotomayor is the most incensed and morally outraged by the Republican pursuit of overturning Roe and would therefore consider it her duty to violate her oath for "the greater good". Here's a snippet of her statement regarding the posibility of overturning Roe after so many years. “Will this institution survive the stench that this creates in the public perception that the constitution and its reading are just political acts?” she said. “I don’t see how it is possible.” The question is, "Will this institution survive the stench that her act creates in the public perception that some Justices are above the law?"

The First Amendment is the bedrock of American liberty. Our citizens have the right, if not civic duty, to engage in open, dynamic discourse, and no government has the right to limit, suppress, censor or otherwise control it. Yet as we dig deeper into discovery in our Big Tech censorship case — Missouri and Louisiana v. Biden — we uncover ever-more truly appalling abuses of power that President Joe Biden’s director of digital strategy, Rob Flaherty, admitted come from “the highest (and I mean highest) levels of the” White House.
Reducing the Deficits of the Federal Government 0 replies

It has again become openly fashionable to rhetorically complain about excessive government spending. One can wax eloquent about the fundamental insincerity of the complaint, but this misses a rather elemental and important point: it is possible to reduce the ongoing deficits of the Federal government. The simple mechanism for doing so is tax cuts.  I have written about this previously, illustrating that every tax cut ever enacted since John F. Kennedy has increased revenue to the Federal government. Now it must be said and almost always is pointed out among critics that in the first year of collection, revenues go down. But what is absolutely clear

Four border crossers, bused from Texas to New York City, were arrested this month after allegedly stealing nearly $12,500 worth of merchandise from a Macy’s department store. On Monday, the Nassau County Police Department in Long Island, New York announced the arrests of 19-year-old Wrallan Cabezas Meza, 30-year-old Jose Garcia Escobar, 21-year-old Miguel Angel Rojas, and 27-year-old Rafael Rojas for allegedly shoplifting at Macy’s. All of the men are newly arrived border crossers who were bused from Texas to New York City as part of Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) plan to send migrant buses to sanctuary jurisdictions.

A 67-year-old veteran farm worker has killed seven fellow Chinese agricultural laborers in what local news described as a workplace dispute.   Zhao Chunli, who lived in Half Moon Bay, was arrested and is 'fully cooperating' with law enforcement, officials said. The shootings took place at two separate locations in Half Moon Bay, with four shot at a farm run by Concord Farms, and three at Mountain Mushroom Farms two miles away. Officials are unsure which was attacked first. Children were present on the scene at the time, because some of the workers lived on-site with their families.

President Joe Biden’s personal attorneys reportedly misled the Department of Justice (DOJ) in November about classified documents being stored at his Wilmington residence. Shortly after documents at the Penn Biden Center were unearthed on November 2, the White House and DOJ reportedly agreed to hide the scandal from the American people. It’s unclear why Biden’s personal attorneys were initially searching for his illegally stashed documents. The White House has failed to provide the initial reason or cause for the search. After the initial discovery on November 2, Biden’s personal attorneys told the DOJ that the only location where troves of classified were stored was at the Penn Biden Center,

Such was the case for President Donald Trump, who used Twitter throughout his campaign and during his term in office to great effect until the bird flipped him the bird. Dozens of House Democrats have proposed legislation that would eliminate the debt ceiling, which would allow the government to borrow without any limit set by Congress. The federal government hit the $31.381 trillion debt ceiling last week, and House Republicans are pushing for commitments to cut back on the record growth in federal spending before agreeing to allow more borrowing. But Democrats accuse Republicans of setting up the possibility of prohibiting a debt ceiling hike, which would make the government unable to fund all of its current obligations. Democrats say a better idea is to eliminate all limits on federal borrowing and allow
