As RedState reported, Joe Biden’s latest scandal took another major turn on Saturday after a DOJ-led search of his Delaware home revealed even more illegally possessed classified documents. But while things have undoubtedly escalated, it’s now being reported that Robert Hur, the special counsel appointed to investigate the president, hasn’t even taken over the investigation yet. Instead, the search was overseen by U.S. Attorney John Lausch. I’m honestly at a loss as to how this could be. According to Merrick Garland, the decision to appoint Hur was not made rashly, and the plan was already in motion by the time the official announcement was made on January 12th,

Dragging their feet. Eventually, they will say it's "ancient history" and time to move on, especially if Biden has resigned in the meantime because of "mishandling documents". Never mind the grand theft, bribery, extortion, and treason, and let's not bother all of the other bigshots who would be implicated by a real investigation into those crimes.

Pres 81million has never been the brightest bulb in the box. He also always acted as though his elected positions meant the rules did not apply to him, so no surprise this extended to Classified Material handling. And, yes. It is easy to believe the Special Counsel being a means to sweep this under a rug is also no surprise.

Well, this makes it clear then that biden the cheater and his counsel tampered with evidence at a crime scene last week when they scoured biden's mansion for top secret documents that needed to be shredded.

Look for a very S-L-O-W "investigation". Many "I don't recall", documents that are 95% redacted, etc. Hey, mimic the Supreme Court investigator - ah, no one came forward, therefore, we are at a loss; case closed and what's for lunch?

US Att. John Lausch IS a Special Counsel. The One appointed to run the Trump documents persecution.
Why Ms Merrick would want a separate/different one for BIden even though the targeted "Crime" is remarkably similar is a question that should have been asked immediately. It had already been handed to Lausch on day three, before the second batch of documents were found at a separate location....but not as a "Special Counsel" merely as a separate US ATT. after which he said the case belonged with a Special Counsel not just a a US Att. I don't see where he "Declined" the case, just where he said proper investigation required a higher powered entity to keep from being (or appearing to be) Tainted. The only reason he is still in office is because even the Dems knew better than to fire him with all of the other Trump appointed US Atts. when Biden took over..., he was/is in the middle of prosecuting the former Top Dem in the Illinois Legislature for years of corruption.
Hur is a pretty swampy guy...was preceded by Rosenstein as States att, was a top aide/counsel to Wray, top liaison to Mueller. Followed Rosenstein into a job as deputy asst when R. became Deputy AG.

The sole or main purpose of the SC is to provide a convenient excuse to rebuff questions by the media and House Republicans. “ Sorry Congressman I cannot answer that question as the matter is being actively investigated”.

Let's not forget Hur worked with Rosenstein, aka, Rosenschwein, and also under Wray, the 'I'll have to look into that' FBI
chief, as he jets off in taxpayer paid for private jet. BTW, since when does this POS, Wray, have to jet to Davos on a private jet, the one we pay for??? I guess there was really nothing to do for him over here at the FBI. Slow season?

The special counsel findings will be released on November 9, 2024. Just a day after the presidential election.

Special counsels have three very, very expensive speeds...slow, slower, and slowest. In Biden's case every 'yield' and 'stop' sign will be obeyed in a most obsequious manner.

When contacted, Special Counsel Hur quoted Sgt. Shultz with a resounding “…I see nothing…” as advised by his close friend Andrew McCabe.

They just needed to get past the two year mark. I’m sure the thought is the democratic replacement gets to run in 24 and 28; Obama has a run of twelve years behind the curtain. Dictators dictate.

A person would most definitely be ready for the "Rubber Room" to have believed or take Garland seriously. Merrick Garland is the poster boy for evil politicians! If the converse were not true, do you think the Kenyan would have nominated him... of course not!
