It started with the discovery of classified documents at Joe Biden's former office at his think tank. This discovery was made on Nov. 2, 2022, a few days prior to the midterms. Yet the information was buried by the White House and other agencies which knew of the matter to protect the Democrats from any electoral harm. Recently, the Washington Post reported on how Biden’s lawyers, the White House, and the Department of Justice colluded to hide vital information from the public. Since the WaPo is a Democrat mouthpiece, there was abundant spin. The WaPo interviewed people directly involved in the discovery of the classified document and subsequent coverup.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation may look at other locations tied to President Joe Biden for classified documents, CBS News is reporting.
This comes after the Department of Justice located six documents with classified markings at Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, on Friday. RedState reported: It was just announced that Justice Department personnel searched Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home for 12 hours on Friday, with Biden’s personal attorneys and White House counsel present, and discovered six more classified documents that they have now taken possession of. Some of the documents reportedly go back to Biden’s time in the Senate

That comes after the White House had asserted that the search had been completed. Biden’s lawyers immediately tried to get out in front of the revelation, releasing a statement claiming cooperation with the DOJ. But while the administration continues to talk about transparency, one bombshell detail from the search has left the president’s lies fully exposed. Namely, the fact that documents were found that were taken during Biden’s years in the Senate.

Supreme Court Marshal Gail Curley said that justices were part of the investigation into who leaked a draft opinion to Politico last year.
"During the course of the investigation, I spoke with each of the Justices, several on multiple occasions. The Justices actively cooperated in this iterative process, asking questions and answering mine. I followed up on all credible leads, none of which implicated the Justices or their spouses. On this basis, I did not believe that it was necessary to ask the Justices to sign sworn affidavits," Curley said in a statement on Friday.
