White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Tuesday refused to confirm her previous statement that the search for more classified documents tied to President Joe Biden has been completed. During a press briefing on the afternoon of Jan. 12, Jean-Pierre told reporters that the president’s lawyers had looked through locations where additional documents could be stored and that the search was “completed.” On Jan. 14, however, White House special counsel Richard Sauber said he went to Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, and found more classified material.

Anyone who expects the investigation of anything to do with the Biden classified documents in his possession for 6+ years in unsecure multiple locations is naive at best and stupid at worst.

Bottom line, Lame Duck has shown no due diligence for the classified documents that were in his possession. Anyone else would be behind bars for the lack of concern about SCI documents. Criminal charges against Lame Duck should follow.

The former president did not elaborate on what the speech would be about but responded to reports claiming that his presidential campaign is off to a lackluster start. “The Fake News says I am not campaigning very hard. I say they are stupid and corrupt, with the Election still a long time away,” Trump wrote on the platform. “But do not fear, MANY GIANT RALLIES and other events coming up soon. For years, as Joe Biden has sought to assure the American public he deserves their trust, he’s relied upon a go-to phrase meant to underscore his credibility: “I give you my word as a Biden.” But that’s not the only way the Biden family name has been used. After weeks of atmospheric rivers, bomb cyclones and Pineapple Express moisture, California reservoir levels have seen a steep rise. On Sunday, the National Weather Service shared an infographic from the Department of Water Resources, which laid out just how much California’s reservoirs have filled after weeks of heavy rain. While none of the major reservoirs are at capacity – in fact, many are still less than half full – many are at or above their historical average for this point in the rainy season. Oroville, for example, is at 54% capacity, but 99% of where it usually is in mid-January. But three years of drought has left the state begging for more water.

According to the ethics group, Buttigieg’s calendar showed no meetings from the time Buttigieg left for paternity leave in mid-August to Oct. 6, 2021. During that time, a “breathtaking backup of container ships” began to swell on the West Coast, and Americans faced empty shelves at grocery stores. With each gallon of gas pumped in the United States since 1932, drivers have been paying taxes. The revenue is used for road repairs and public transportation such as train and bus systems. Currently, the Fed takes 18.4 cents per gallon for gas or 24.4 cents per gallon for diesel. State gas taxes range from a national high of 61 cents for gas in Pennsylvania, to a low of 8.95 cents in Alaska. But environmentally motivated improvements in fuel efficiency and the move to electric vehicles (EVs) translate to less gas sold, resulting less tax revenue collected. State and federal governments are looking for a new way to fund transportation.

In an exchange on the opinion roundtable show, "The Five," Rivera discussed President Joe Biden's pledge to ban assault rifles with his fellow co-hosts. "I submit to you, ladies and gentlemen, there is no legitimate reason ... to have an AR-15," Rivera tells the table. "It is an automatic rifle," Rivera answered, to which Gutfeld said, "That's not what it is."
