Mounting a comeback for the White House, Donald Trump is looking to regain control over his powerful social media accounts. With access to his Twitter account back, Trump's campaign is formally petitioning Facebook’s parent company to unblock his account there after it was locked in response to the U.S. Capitol riot two years ago. “We believe that the ban on President Trump’s account on Facebook has dramatically distorted and inhibited the public discourse,” Trump’s campaign wrote in its letter to Meta on Tuesday, according to a copy reviewed by NBC News. Trump’s campaign didn’t threaten a lawsuit, as some sources close to Trump thought he would. It instead talked about

If DJT hasn't learned anything from 2020, we can expect Newsome will be the next President. Suburban woman and independents won't vote for him otherwise.

Agree with #1. An objective analysis of the 2022 mid-term elections, especially in PA, NH, GA, AZ and NV, provides further evidence that while Trump "may" be able to win the nomination, he can't win the general election because he polls worse than ever with Independents and women. This is particularly true in the key battleground states. I doubt that his ego will let him, but for the sake of the conservative movement and the country, he needs to step aside and let someone run who adheres to his policies, but doesn't turn off Independents and women.

New York City is amongst some of the top crime-ridden places in the U.S., thanks to soft-on-crime policies and Democrat-run leaders.  A new law is forcing prosecutors to release suspects, putting them back on the street sans consequences, only making the city’s crime problem heighten.  According to a new study obtained by the New York Post, 69 percent of criminal cases were dropped due to justice “reforms.” In 2019, the year new “discovery” rules were adopted by state lawmakers, 44 percent of cases were dismissed, rising to 69 percent by mid-October 2021, according to the Manhattan Institute.

Exclusive photographs reveal the shocking scale of devastation in a Philadelphia neighborhood ravaged by a newly popular and dangerous drug. Kensington, an inner city area described by The Philadelphia Inquirer as 'the poorest neighborhood in America's poorest big city', has become ground zero for abuse of an animal tranquilizer called xylazine. Pictures obtained by DailyMail.com show addicts shooting up in broad daylight, or hunched over in a stupor. Needles and syringes litter the ground and any of those on the streets had raw, gaping wounds. 'I've never seen human beings remain in these kinds of conditions,' said Sarah Laurel, who runs outreach organization Savage Sisters.

When Presidentish Joe Biden stages a “surprise” burger order as part of a political ploy to boast about the economy, what’s a respected newspaper to do? Gush like a schoolgirl, apparently. In his official capacity as an elected official who can’t even order lunch without making it political, Biden called a new local restaurant to order a burger with a side of braggadocio.(Tweet/Video) Brittany was caught so off guard that she was well-lit and on her mark for the camera she pretended not to notice. She wasn’t expecting a call from POTUS, mind you, but from the videography to the drooling press coverage, the whole thing was more stagey than

The U.S. Supreme Court released a statement Thursday afternoon announcing that investigators could not determine who was behind the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization last year. “In May 2022, this Court suffered one of the worst breaches of trust in its history: the leak of a draft opinion,” an unsigned statement from the Supreme Court Justices said. “The leak was no mere misguided attempt at protest. It was a grave assault on the judicial process.” “The Chief Justice assigned the task to the Marshal of the Supreme Court and her staff,” the statement continued.

Ted Cruz (R-Texas) argued on Wednesday. Cruz told Fox News's Sean Hannity the White House "is not really concerned" about Biden's legal exposure in possessing and mishandling classified material, given the fact that Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed as special counsel a man who is expected to go easy on Biden: (Video) "Merrick Garland appointed as a special counsel someone who had been the right hand to Rod Rosenstein, who had been the right hand to Chris Wray.

The Paul Pelosi attack story disappeared from the news for a reason; the courts are blocking the details from getting out. It was in late October when the dire news broke that the husband of then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had been attacked in their home with a hammer. For a couple of weeks, the story raged, as conservative news outlets and loose-tongued Republicans were blamed as being the force behind the attack on Paul Pelosi. But soon, details emerged that countered the initial outrage reports, and before long, the story began to rapidly fade from news cycles. Suddenly, it went from being the story reporters could not shut up about to
