A New Jersey middle school teacher is facing charges after he overdosed on fentanyl in front of a classroom of students. Frank Thompson, 57, an art teacher at Roosevelt Intermediate School, was found unconscious and unresponsive by a school resource in a second-floor classroom after 9:00 a.m. on November 29, according to the Westfield Police Department. The officer noticed signs that Thompson was experiencing a drug overdose and administered naloxone hydrochloride, also known as Narcan, which he carries on him. The teacher then started showing signs of improvement.

Get your children out of public schools! With the teacher shortage and exit from the system, the caliber of teachers hired is only going to get worse.

Watch the show Dopesick please. Not excusing this teacher AT ALL, but OxyContin was truly a scrounge upon this world all motivated by pure greed. This guy probably was trying to manage his pain and once your Dr takes you off your pain pills, the local drug dealer is your only option. If this guy has made it to 56, he’s not your typical drug user.

President Joe Biden promoted his plan Tuesday to make it easier for migrants to come to the United States after meeting with the leaders of Mexico and Canada. “This has been the greatest migration in human history around the world as well as in this hemisphere,” Biden said, speaking about the ongoing migration crisis after meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador during a summit in Mexico City. But the president did not appear troubled by the volume of border crossings and migrants flooding into local communities in the United States, placing a burden on U.S. citizens and legal residents.

He sees himself as a soldier in a war that only one side admits is being waged.

A big problem Democrats and the complicit media have when it comes to the discovery of classified documents in President Joe Biden’s former office at a Washington think tank is that they set the precedent with their response to former President Donald Trump allegedly possessing classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago home. Another problem they have little interest in is that the documents were at a “Chinese-funded” think tank, according to Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark. It was on the latter note that Trump had plenty to say, with the media quick to dismiss his assertions as “wild speculation” — the odd thing about Trump’s speculations is that, over time,

Washington - The White House is moving forward with a proposal that would lower student debt payments for millions of Americans now and in the future, offering a new route to repay federal loans under far more generous terms. President Joe Biden announced the repayment plan in August, but it was overshadowed by his sweeping plan to slash or eliminate student debt for 40 million Americans. Despite the low profile of the payment plan, however, some education experts see it as a more powerful tool to make college affordable, especially for those with lower incomes. Education Department officials on Tuesday called the new plan a “student loan safety net”
